The Remington Genesis 1000 Smooth action..like the pistol grip. gives you more control. Really good value for money, ideal starter gun...looks smart...with a company that stood the test of time.

The Remington Genesis 1000 is easy to use, accurate , sturdy and strong build , great target weapon , (yet to try live targets) and looks great. Just back into the world of air rifles , finding this a great rifle to start on , for my use , i cant see myself wanting or needing to replace anytime soon. Only bad point, if any, its a bit heavy for the wife !!!

My first air riffle, very happy. I've read alot of reviews on this gun putting it down. I have experienced none of the problems others had. As for the cocking, if people are complaining about this perhaps they shouldn't have a gun ;-) I have put over 1000 pellets through it now, and the sight is bang on the mark still.
After shooting with a friend who is a game keeper, had the gun tested which turned out 12.7 lbs, after about 500 shots.
All i know is that i hit most things that i point it at, a ...

the gun was easy to sight in, taking less than 25 pellets. but has a little tougher cocking pull than the average gun. stock scope on it is not that great but can be easily rectified (i simply replaced it)

I bought a different spec version of the Genesis.. which didnt have any optical aims on it, and a silencer at the end. I purchased a walther 4 x 32 sight which is great. I believe alot of people have problems and bad things to say about the sight which comes with it, however i have not experienced this as i used an aftermarket sight.

The gun shoots accurately and easily keeps up with my HW97k and my friends TX200. I'm going to buy a 3-9x40 scope for it soon and use it more as its ideal for l ...

The Remington Genesis 1000 has a solid feel and shoots A1. It's put together very tight and well, a great rifle with a very ergonomic synthetic stock that feels great against the shoulder. Highly recommended. Someone used this review centre to ask about it and reduced the ratings.

The Remington Genisis 1000 is the best air rifle I've even had. Comes with a great scope and fiber optic sights. This gun is both powerful and accurate, it is also lightweight and extremely durable. The gun is made from synthetic material which makes it very light compared to a wood stock and looks cooler. I have accurately hit targets at distances up to 200 ft with a punch. Scope is easy to zero in, if you do purchase this gun, make sure the pellets you buy are good for High Powered air ri ...
