    Good Points: none


    Bad Points: everything!


    General comments: Had a sofa from sofa workshop and it seemed fine the sales people were very friendly and helpful. Upon delivery sofa seemed well made and sound, but after the delivery gentlemen had left I noticed a problem with the sofa so called the relevent store. This is when things rapidly changed and the friendly staff went to being completely unhelpful and quite rude. The problem I had wasn't a serious problem just a wonky leg. After some tussling and arguing on the phone the member of staff said he would get someone to speak to me but came back two minutes later saying that he didn't want to speak to me and said I was overeacting! Do not buy from sofa workshop they used to be very very good at what they did but are pretty useless now!

    Looks like I have be left with a three legged sofa and no chance of getting a new one. !!!!!!!!! absolute disgrace

    I have just had delivery of my new sofa and I love it. I find the reviews on here quite unbelievable from my own experience which was great.I purchased the Tom Foolery from the Manchester store and had wonderful service from start to finish.It certainly wasn't cheap at well over £2000 but we had the bespoke service choosing everything from size to fabric, we even had the footstool altered to a size to suit us(something they hadn't done with the stool before) and it all looks and feels as ...

    purchased a large sofa and sofabed from Sofa Workshop in april 06, two months ago a leg on the sofa collapsed, I personally visited the Ealing branch to inform them, staff very helpful and sympathetic, they took our details and said someone will contact us, have received no contact as of yet despite four phonecalls and six e mails.

    We ordered our sofas on the 25th of July from Sofa Workshop, to be told they'd be delivered within 6 - 8 weeks. After not hearing anything after 8 weeks, I called to find out what was going on. The delivery time changed to 10 - 12 weeks. After another few weeks I called to be told that there had been an issue with the fabric and now the completion date was the 16th of October. I called on the 16th and completion date now 23rd of October, called today and still not complete. Hoping to be complete ...

    I ordered a Sofa bed from the Sofa Workshop on 27th April 2006, and I have now been told that it will not arrive until the week commencing 31st July. This is totally unacceptable, as it is not within the 6 to 8 week delivery date that I was given when I agreed to pay delivery charges and the price of the sofa.

    I was also not informed about the delay in delivery dates for this sofa, which is again unacceptable. To make matters worse, on the 20th June 2006, I was the one that had to call the he ...
