    Good Points: Light and supple.

Bad Points: Poor quality tread. Avoid these boots at all cost.

General comments: The Brasher Hillmaster Classic Superlite walking boots are very light and comfortable boot. The soft leather upper is very supple and comfortable to wear but the tread is extremely poor and readily wears out or damages. I have had my boots just under two years - had thenm replaced under warranty once and had the soles replaced on the new pair. The tread is very easily damaged and the studs collapse.
My wife also has a pair of supalites and she has had problems with the traed wearing down rapidly and had had them resoled after a year.

Used the Brasher Hillmaster Classic Superlite boots on the UK three peaks challenge, fine on Snowdon, ok on Scafell, killed me on Ben Nevis. Left them in a bin at the services on the M74 somewhere in Scotland
