We booked the GOLD package for a hen do and we all really enjoyed the show, especially the drag queen who had us laughing, dancing and singing all the way through. However, we felt very mislead by the 'package' we were sold. We went for the Gold package and this was supposed to include everything from the 'Bronze' package, plus... ''Your own tables all fully dressed with balloons, confetti, hen night or birthday party banners, chocolates, party poppers, goody bags and much much more'' Well... the bride had a badge and we all had a mini-chocolate and a party popper. There was no 'goody bag' or 'much, much more'. We also felt that the website was very misleading. The bronze package advertised 'One of the U.Ks top celebrity male singers performing live' 'free cocktail on arrival', 'meet and greet with the dreamboys after the show', 'free Dreamboys calander' None of which we recieved. The 'top male singer' was someone no one had heard of and who didn't know the words to one of the songs he performed (Let me Entertain You) and even the drag queen forgot his name as she thanked him after his performance. The 'free cocktail' was vodka or coke, vodka and coke is not a cocktail, it is a mixer. There seemed to be some sort of miscommunication between the Dreamboys staff and the bar staff (who said they belonged to a different company). We were NOT allowed to meet the Dreamboys after the show, UNLESS we paid £5 for a photo.. Likewise, we were NOT allowed a calander, UNLESS we had met the boys and paid for the photo.... NOT what was advertised! HOWEVER, we complained to the owner of the Dreamboys and he immediately got us some cocktails and a calender, he even brought over 2 of the dreamboys to US which was brilliant for the bride as she got some good pictures. He did his best to make sure we had a good night from then on. He denied that we should have got goody bags, until we showed him his website, at which point he said that all the stuff on our tables was the goody bag stuff. (Actually 1 chocolate and a party popper doesn't make much of a goody bag and we were supposed to get them AS WELL according to the website...). The show itself was great fun and I would recommend it, the club after the show was also brilliant and we all had a great time. However, I feel that their website is misleading and they need to rectify this.
