Good Points: Great scope - zoom level means a golf ball at 50 yards will fill over half of viewable sight. Great for hunting, and range shooting.
Bad Points: Focus is limited for target ranges - when set for 35 yards - if shooting less than 20 or more than 45 then things get a little blurred - so would not recomend as a HFT Scope!
General comments: I've used this Hawke Nite Eye scope on a PCP 11.5 Ft/Lb rifle (.177) - the book said once scoped at 35 yards then for each dot up or down, it's 10 yards difference - for my rifle - found i had to scope it around 32 yards - and this works every time up to 70 yards.
At dusk and dawn - the light gain is awesome - up to 30-40 mins after sun has set before starting to need the lamps.
Never used a Hawke scope before, but would choose for hunting rifle next time without a doubt!
