None existent customer service, took nearly 3 weeks to arrive despite paying extra for fast delivery, the shirt quality is terrible and is a poor fit. They do not even accept refunds. Avoid!!

Purchased 2 items from them on April 19th 2020, Polo shirt and a VFL Wolfsburg kid's jersey for my son's bday, he loves Volkswagen cause I drive one. The package changed shipping vendors twice and the overused shipping delay tactic due to COVID-19 pandemic. I say that because a lot of companies are using it as an excuse for sub par service with no accountability whatsoever. Here it's June 9th after submitting multiple complaints to both Norsk Global and USPS, I have finally received my order to my surprise there is no VW logo on the jersey. The logo is displayed clearly on the item for sale on the website. Screw this company! Now that I look at it, it looks so fake from China and not even worth the price of shipping and definitely not worth the wait.

“Employees won't issue refund”

I placed an order for a jersey on a Monday, only wanted a name on the back and sent it in online. A day later one guy asks me what the text I wanted on the jersey was because their system wasn’t working properly. I replied and over the next 2 days had 2 different people asking me again. I replied and asked for a refund for the 1-2 day shipping I chose since I was not receiving it by Wednesday, but a guy told me it wasn’t a system error but my order was complicated because I ordered a name and not a number…really? So I sent him the email another employee sent me saying it was a system error and he never replied. Shame on him. Basic customer service: There is a reason I chose expedited shipping and uksoccershop admitted to a system error. I’m only asking for a refund of the shipping difference since I am asking for a service that is simply not being provided.

Ordered from this awful site £150 of football jerseys for a mental health hospital. Got an email from a guy who said the item was out of stock yet they still TOOK PAYMENT! Spent 2 further days ebing groomed by this friendly guy into thinking he could help me with another order, yet again we paid and he replied stating out of stock. Still awaiting refund.... . I am now going to make it my mission to shut this site down! DO NOT USE! All good reviews on here are written by the site do not believe a word of it!

I ordered a football jersey and paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. The product arrived 7days later. The jersey was worn once and I noticed the letters were coming off. It hasn't even been washed yet. Horrible quality. I wrote to UK soccer shop as you can't call them. They are taking no responsibility. They said they shipped within 2 days due to the shirt needing to be printed. I called DHL and was told that the item was shipped economy 5-7 day shipping) not priority (1-2 day) as I had been told by UK soccer shop. I sent photos of the shirt to them showing the letters flapping off the shirt and asked for a new one to be sent. They are refusing. They will not even pay for the international shipping for the shirt to be returned and examined by them. I wasted more than 100 dollars on this item. I would never use this company again. Most frustrating is that they won't speak to you. A different representative responds to my emails. No one is honoring my request for a manager or a phone call.

I've ordered 9 articles and I get nothing at all, I'm currently complaining to paypal to get refunded. I just can't believe how they can get an online payment gateway Look at their website, there is no phone number or live chat, this is because they will not answer you when a problem happens. The ticketing system send you an automatic response but nothing else.

Ordered a polo shirt over nearly 4 weeks ago. Item has not been received and despite the advertising of them sending everything by either royal mail signed for or special delivery, the company is unwilling to send me the tracking number for the item. They are also unwilling to refund me for the non receipt. All in all a terrible company and I am out of pocket as a result of stupidly using them. Do yourselves a favour and use a proper reputable company to buy these items

“Very poor customer service”

Despite sending a number of e mails they do not respond to any issues . I ordered items in November and one item was missing that was on back order. I cannot contact them to get this resolved or get a refund. Would recommend not dealing with this company

“AVOID!!!!”

Ordered football shirt for my little boy. Rec'd wrong size shirt which had been printed - returned shirt to be replaced. Over one year and about 50 emails later ('company owner' got more and more abusive in tone), I have no shirt and no refund. Considered taking legal action but the cost would not make it worth while. This is what he relies on when not fulfilling order or issuing refunds. It is basic theft. Please DO NOT use this company.

I had the same problem with regard to the phone number, there is no way to contact other than e-mail. To be honest that was unsuccessful as you will have gathered from my review. I am hoping that people will read the reviews before they purchase, which is why I took the time to write it. If I had unlimited funds to take him to court I would do it in a shot, but I can't take the chance that I would come away worse off both financially & with my stress levels through the roof! It's a disgrace that he is allowed to carry on trading. I am sorry you are now in this position. I do hope you have more success than I did & do get your money refunded.

No refund ever rec'd. As I said in the earlier post, if I could afford to take the chance on court proceedings I would, but feel it may be throwing good money after bad. It makes my blood boil that he is still trading & probably still treating customer in the same way. Hope you haven't fallen foul of this 'company' too.

Thanks for the heads-up on this company. I was literally at the payment page when I thought to look-up reviews. As the site does not have a link to reviews it raised my suspicions. Searched web for any reviews and found yours - I have now removed my order. My young son thanks you for saving his xmas/b'day money he has saved to buy this shirt.

“DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER! ”

It’s been over 3 months and I have not received the merchandise I ordered and the seller has not refunded my money, although, I have an email from them asking me to submit a refund request through paypal…..5 requests later, no refund and no merchandise. Every review site I have come across labels them as such. STAY AWAY!!! DON’T BECOME A VICTIM. They are a horrible site and should be stopped. I’ve reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and if you’ve been victimized, you should too - icg3.gov We should stop them from ripping others!

I received an email from UKsoccershop yesterday, 9/13/13. A refund was issued for the full amount. Apparently, there was a mix up with the order and my account. They were apologetic and seemed genuinely interested in repairing the trust that was broken between us. I am happy that I was able to resolve this issue with them.

I placed an order for a couple of items that were intended for my son's birthday.The transaction went through PayPal with no problems.A few days later a package turned up containing a single item that I hadn't even ordered! I emailed the company to ask where my missing items were and how to return the incorrect item - no response. In fact, my first email bounced after a few days so I tried an alternative contact - no response. I tried ringing the help line - the phone just rang continuously. I was able to find a second number off the website but once again nobody picked up. Having spent several days emailing and phoning I decided enough was enough and contacted my credit card provider and PayPal, both of whom are now trying to contact UKsoccer shop. My advice is simple - don't use this company. If you have and have also got stung, remember that this is a web based operation that survives using transactions executed through PayPal. If PayPal can be convinced to stop allowing this merchant to collect payments, this business will fold. And one final thing, if you look the company address up via google earth you will see that they operate out of a domestic premises in Hamilton.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT.

As per many many other customers I have been ripped off and the football kit has never been posted! They do not have a phone contact that works and the web chat is never on. A guy called Biju Peter sends automated emails but nothing gets resolved. Please stay away from this company if you don't want to lose your money. I have reported them to trading standards but I believe lots of other people have and they are still allowed to operate. My advice steer well clear!!!!!!!

“Worse service ever ”

This company is by far the worst and most inefficient company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a training top, a mug and an iPhone cover for my phone. The mug never arrived, the iPhone cover was a sticker not an iPhone cover like I had ordered. After 5 months I am still waiting on my mug, I have emailed numerous times often with no response. This company was happy to take my money for the items but have failed to deliver, 1 out of 3 items were correct with 1 item not even being sent. A while ago (2 months) I emailed them when will my purchase be sent, there reply was we should have more in stock very shortly., well 2 months later they still have not giving me any indication when this will be in. If it wasn't for me emailing every 2 weeks I would still not be unaware they are out of stock, the communication from this company is terrible. I can't believe this company does so well as the staff are useless at replying to emails and just seem non interested. No one should have to wait 5 months to receive there order they have paid for.

We purchaseds a spurs shirt, it said in stock. We paid extra for 24 hour delivery. A week later no shirt, called them, no one available. Emails back said its on its way. 4 weeks later no shirt and threats when I tried to take it further. They advised me to speak to their "friend" at trading standards. I then went to my bank and got a chargeback on fraud for refund.

I ordered a Rooney Kit and a goalkeeper shirt for my son's birthday in May 2010 and I am still waiting. The only thing I received was the Rooney shirt which I got in mid June. On various occasions I have asked for updates and then just asked for my money to be refunded if they couldn't supply the items but have never had any response (that is until I mentioned I was going to contact Trading Standards and they responded within 2 hours to say my refund was being processed). That was 2 weeks ago and still no refund. If I had seen the reviews on this site I would not have ordered from them. The website makes the company look professional but it certainly isn't and they should not be trading if they can't deliver what they promise.

4 Years ago I ordered two printed tops for the world cup in 2006. These arrived without a problem. On this basis I decided to place another order for world cup 2010. To be honest that was a huge mistake and I would advise everyone to find an alternative supplier. Thet tops wherer ordered on 4th May 2010 with e-mail advising tops would arrive in 10-14 days. After a huge amount of chasing on my behalf they managed to get one top to me 11th June 2010. The other has yet to arrive. They have confirmed by e-mail that they will refund the second top to me but still awaiting this. At first I thought they maybe took on too much work but I think the problems run deeper than that and are utterly inept. Seems I'm not the only one with such issues.

I have had real problems with this company. The website is very enticing and we spent £160 on 3 World Cup shirts (Spain, France, Brazil) 21 May with delivery due 14 days. However it all went horribly wrong.

The company did not deliver in time for the World Cup start 11 June and despite numerous requests from me would not refund my money,even though I could have bought much cheaper and quicker from the High Street to meet the promised deadline when it was clear they had failed.

They insisted the shirts had been sent 4 June, even though they could produce no evidence, and asked me to visit 2 sorting offices to see if it was there. This entailed a 40 mile, 1.5 hours trip for me for which they didn't reimburse my petrol costs despite it being at their request. The goods weren't there and they did nothing, saying they were "taking it up with the PO".

Many of my e-mails went unanswered, my kids were very upset, uksoccershop refused to send the goods or refund money and most strangely they refused to apologise to me even though 1 email demanded an apology out of me!!.

Finally in desparation I raised a Paypal dispute.

Thankfully this had the required action and they delivered within a few days on 18 June. Too late for our Worl Cup party event unfortunately. They then became threatening and aggressive in the communications because I was still politely requesting compensation for the wasted journey.

Their customer service is zero, communication hopeless and delivery very poor. I asked to speak on the phone as I was finding the e-mails from them very aggressive and they refused. What sort of mickey mouse company is this I wonder?

I would really steer clear of them if I were you. Buy your authentic football shirts cheaper, faster and with more service on the High street or other internet sites. NOT uksoccershop.

This happened to myself and a group of friends that all ordered tops for the world cup. Ours where all printed so thought that may have been the delay. I would suggest anyone in this position open a dispute with however they paid. I opened one with paypal and suddenly got e-mails back in under an hour leading to one top delivered and refunded the other.

Ordered some football clothing on April 25th, still waiting!!!!! Despite numerous e mails and even a promise that it was sent out on 7th May and then after that told the printing hadn't even been done!!!!!!! I am taking this company to Trading Standards now and anyone who wishes to add their comments, please let me know.
Incidentally they took £185.00 out of my account for these items on 25th April, wish they were as speedy with their service as they are for taking your cash!!!!!!
If I could have gave them a minus star for the customer service I certainly would have and agree with the previous reviewer that you are indeed treat that dirt. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Money was taken straight away (long before 1 item of my order arrived) I ordered 3 items in May (got 1 item in June) They weren't going to let me know that they could fulfil my other 2 items until I asked them was it ready and if not to refund me. Ordered a shirt to arrive for the world cup - it's now 5 weeks later and I don't have my shirt and the world cup has started! Apparently the problem is the 'printing'?!? Don't understand why they advertise products which clearly they don't have in stock. Offered to send me the shirt without printing but would not refund the difference in cost because I the order was specifically for me! Shocking!!

Honestly, use another site.

Sounds very simelar to my experience. 10 of us ordered printed shirts and they successfully delivered 2 of them. Other 8 not yet refunded either.
