“AVOID THIS PLACE”

Ordered an Ireland shirt January 2012. In February my package arrived, but the shirt was missing all the logos etc on the front. I contacted uksoccershop and they said that I would have to return it and they would send the correct shirt (as soon as it became availale). Hang on - you don't have the right shirt, so you just send a different one (of lesser quality) and hope I don't notice? I send it back and am promptly advised they have received the shirt. Took 5 weeks for first part of my order to be delivered despite showing "available now" on website. Another few weeks and still waiting on the rest which supposedly is not available yet? They dont know when it will arrive so I have now cancelled. Ordered same item from a competitor and was delivered the next day. The items are still showing as available on the website. Finding the soccer jerseys that my son wants here in the US is a difficult task as while the usual suspects can be picked up in the local store, the kits he wants just don't exist. I ordered a football shirt for my nephew from this site. It was quite expensive but the website stated that there was a 10% discount on all orders placed before midnight. When I went through checkout I couldn't see the 10% discount applied but time was short so I processed the order and also sent an email to the company saying that the discount wasn't applied. bought 4 items in early sept, arrived 3 weeks later, one jersey had no sleeve patch... they then took forever to respond to my email inquiring, and gave short, wholly unhelpful responses... they agreed to refund cost of badge and 10% as compensation, but it was all lip-service because to-date, 3 weeks later, no sign of any refund despite repeated chasers... they are either wholly incompetent or flat out trying to fleece consumers... either way, the worst ever merchants i've ever... I ordered a jersey from UK Soccer Shop and received the wrong jersey. Their website says they shipped the right jersey but they did not. No packing slip, no phone number and the company does not respond to the emails I have sent. Right now I am out $170 including return shipping with no jersey. I bought a couple of international football shirts from the site a couple of months ago with printing. I was unsure how this would be printed as international shirts have front numbers on them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this was the case as it makes the shirts look more authentic. (read more)

“Dishonest, Unethical, Ripoff”

Took the money immediately for the sale of a product they didn't have. Stalled us on the availability of the stock. Lied about sending the product. Completely unethical. Not interested in refunding the money they took from us. We're still waiting for a delivery 60 days later. Always Google search and review the vendor before trusting them and placing an order. My husband bought 3 items from this seller, they posted it fast, but was not the item shown in the picture on their website, so we returned the item and waited and waited for a refund. Eventually they gave us a refund for 2 items (minus their postage costs)once I said I would make a complaint to Consumer Direct, but they said they never received the pants (they were sent in the same parcel with the jacket and they received the jacket!) so we didn't get a refund from them for that. Worst customer service and delivery in the world... I ordered a couple of football shirts with personalised lettering, and they forgot to send me a number for one of the shirts. When I contacted them, they took forever to reply, were extremely rude and cheeky, and never ended up sending the missing number.

Please save yourself the hassle and find another website. There are plenty of better and friendlier companies out there - ones who actually value their customers. (read more)

In contrast to the general feedback on this site, I have received many orders from UKSoccershop over the past few years and have never had any of the problems mentioned by other people on here.

I have placed around 10-12 orders during this period and each time I have received the shirts within the timeframe specified and to the highest quality.
