I've ordered a Retro Portsmouth shirt from these crooks. There was no indication that it wasn't in stock before I ordered it. I needed it for a birthday and was told that it could be upto 2 months before I'd take delivery. I asked for my money back and received an insulting e-mail from someone called Simon. They don't seem very ligitimate and it's a shame trading standards haven't put them out of business yet because they're continuing with their scams. My bank have told me that I can despute the transaction with them. That seems to be my best chance of getting a refund. I'm highly irritated and will be pursuing this to all ends.

three weeks after ordering i recieved two of the for shirts i ordered but in the wrong size. i shipped the items back. refund was promissed. still waiting.

meanwhile the deadline for the insurance paypal offers (45 days) passed and therefor i have little chance of seeing my money back.

Press criminal charges against uksoccer., its obvious they have little stock and deliberately take so long to ship in order to avoid refunding by paypal and creditcard institutes!!!! Conatact me uksoccer.crook@ ...

Refund promised but never issued. This seems to happen frequently with uksoccershop. What I did and what can I recommend:

Ask your credit card company for a charge-back, don't wait too long.

Inform "Trading Standards" about your experience. This is the law enforcement body. Visit http://www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk/ and search for "consumer enquiries"

By the way I tried the phone number published on their website few times. Nobody ever picked up that phone.

I am in the process of returning a cahill jersey
i ordered the home everton jersey and received an away jerzey
i'm in the process of returning the shirt and asking for a full refund
i anticipate i won't get the delivery cost back
here is what they wrote when i asked them to simply give me a home jersey
"
We are hoping to get it back in stock, however we don't haqve a delivery date so it could be quite a while with the possibility we may not get it back in."

The shorts came in wrong size, I returned them, refund was promised but I have not received a refund. My credit card company initiated a charge-back.

The shirts came with fake printing. I realized only after 3 months. I complained, investigation was promised, later refund was promised, but no refund was given. No charge-back from my credit card company because too late.

Sent the wrong strip. Poor quality. A nightmare to deal with. I ordered a strip with logos on it never recieved it. Do not shop with this company. I emailed them several times and they have not got back to me. Their prices are unfair and rip people off. My girlfriend bought me a strip which was grossly overpriced. She was gutted that it was the wrong strip without the offical logos. Guys and girls mums and dads do not buy from this sham of a company i have spoke to some friends about the company ...

Absolute robbers, DO NOT purchase anything, no matter how tempting. The items aren't in stock and I'm still waiting for a refund from July. BE WARNED.

They said the shorts and socks were in stock and took the money immediately, but 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. They are not answering our complaints and refuse to contact us. If I had a choice of giving them no stars, I would!

Whatever you do, do not order from this shop. I have never written a review before, but this is the first time in several years I have had such a bad experience with a site.

I ordered my shirt only for it to arrive in the wrong size. For a shop that had one basic job (to send out correct products) this was already a pain in the neck. I sent it back recorded delivery and awaited a refund as they had no correct size shirts.

Ordered a 09-10 kit. Had a promotional code they had promised me from another order, when I entered it, it didn't work.

Hassle over the shirt printing I wanted.

Received goods over two weeks later, took them 9 days to actually ship the shirt even though it was in stock.

Shirt arrived had un-official and generic lettering printed on the back, and fake bad quality numbers. Support claim i'm lying, that they only use official printing. What a load of BS.

Order a shirt, didnt fit, 6 weeks down the line no refund. Im reporting UK Soccer Shop to trading standards. Think everyone else should as well. A complete joke!

I ordered 2 jerseys, 1 pair of socks and 1 shorts at the website. Got the socks really fast, but the rest wasn't in stock. Waited a month and they asked me whether I wanted my money back. I said yes and thought it was ok. Now months later and many un-replied emails further, still no money from UK Soccer Shop.

I ordered an 06-07 shirt from UK Soccer Shop and was mistakenly sent an 08-09 shirt.
I received it within a few days.
Immediately i emailed them and was told to return it, which i did. The shirt i had ordered was sold out, so i chose a refund which i received within days.
I shop online a lot, so having had similar experiences from various other sources in the past, i'd probably give them another chance.
Not as bad as some people's experiences here - shocked to read so many bad ones. ...

Thought i found a good website with UK Soccer Shop with shirts that i have been looking for.......... but then the payment goes through and nothing comes to me.

There number then disappears from there website and they stop contacting me via e-mail.

Unfortunately my experience with UK Soccer Shop is very similar to the ones mentioned here. I ordered an Arsenal shirt and when it didn't arrive a few weeks later, I emailed to enquire about a refund or replacement. I was told to wait as they had to contact Royal Mail. It's been nearly two months now and they've completely stopped replying to my emails. I contacted the South Lanarkshire Trading Standards authority to see if anything could be done about them. do not buy off UK Soccer Shop an absouloute disgrase , i ordered a barcelona kit for my nephew that was out of stock , two weeks later i was still waiting so i emailed them and they told me they were waiting delivery from the nike , then a week later they told me it was being printed , then a week later they told me they couldent get the kit could i choose an alternative , as i said no they never replied ...???? in the end i had to contact trading standards to get a refund .... what a let down ...

One Week ago, I ordered a shirt, but one day later, I cancelled my order, as a friend already bought it for me, and I didn't know. So i wrote a mail that I would like to cancel the order, a member of staff said, he would pass it on to the section, and that was it. 2 days after that, my card was debited with the full amount, I wrote over 10 mails to info@uksoccershop.com, but I didn't get an answer. Horrible. They are very unserious, don't answer to mails.

After placing an order is came across this review site. I read the reviews of UKSOCCERSHOP.COM and I got a bit worried... It's almost all negative.

I ordered a Feyenoord Rotterdam home shirt (much cheaper than buying it in Holland) and it got here within 7 days after placing the order. The shirt was in perfect condition. I am very pleased indeed!
