I am based in UK but have friends all over Europe, to whom I like to send flowers from time to time. I have always found it easy to order from ArenaFlowers, delivery is reliable and the recipients always seem to be delighted, so everyone is happy!

There isn't really much to say. The whole thing works very smoothly. The website is good - a few clicks and a beautiful bouquet, just as illustrated, turns up at the recipient's house on the specified day, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. That's the sort of response I like and want. I have tried to think of some adverse criticism, to balance this report, but I can't come up with anything. However, this sort of service requires constant monitoring, if the present level of excellence is to be maintained. More than one top-of-the-range florist has lost its position when it allowed standards to slip. Don't let that happen to Arena.

Just as advertised the flowers were delivered free of charge 2 days after I ordered. I was advised in Australia within minutes of their delivery to my son and daughters law. The roses and lavender I chose were beautifully arranged and presented in a box which accentuated the element of surprise for them. Thank you so much.

I do think that the flowers are quite expensive as when I was in the UK, I thought the flowers in the shops were very reasonable- I appreciate that the flowers are delivered to the door and as long as there are plenty of them in the bouquet then I guess the price is not too bad. When sending flowers overseas- there is a great deal of trust involved as you never see what actually arrives. I have used Arena flowers on numerous occasions and I have received good feedback from the people that I sent them to. The last time I sent some flowers - they were upgraded to deluxe because I was a regular customer which was very kind and unexpected.

I have not seen the flowers myself as I sent them to family friends in another city, but the delivery was fast and as promised. I was updated throughout the whole process including when the flowers were delivered. This is the way online shopping should be.

My wife and I live in Australia and have a few family members in Holland, we have used the on line service to send flowers for the last couple of years and received a favourable comment for the service and the fantastic bouquet of flowers. In the last 2 months we have sent flowers to our cousin and her husband on their 40th wedding anniversary and 2 weeks ago to my aunty who celebrated her birthday 89 years young and they both loved the flowers and the presentation.
