“Poor Quality”

I had a delivery of flowers from yourselves as a 'Thank You'- dispatch date 10/6/14 senders reference 3,175,979 - and they were all in a very poor condition as soon as I opened the box. It was a tied bunch of flowers, blossoms were already dead on the flower heads of the stocks and the sweet williams were no better with flowers gone over. “Flowers pictured online not representative of...”

I ordered a bouquet online for my friends birthday.The website was very easy to use for online ordering and options pictured were lovely. My friend received her flowers and sent me a picture. I was horrified to say the least. The arrangement looked like loose flowers bought from a supermarket vendor and nothing like what was pictured. “Disappointed customer”

“Short lived pleasure”

I sent these beautiful flowers to a friend as I was away for her birthday,when I called around to see her she explained they had died!Most within only 3 days although the sunflowers did last just over a week. When I complained Arena were not helpful and seemed to think that I should have taken a photo to prove they had died.The whole point of my sending flowers is because I was unable to be there.! I ordered a bouquet of roses from Arena flowers. They arrived promptly and well packaged, and they were fresh. however, they looked pretty much like your average £5 bouquet from a supermarket, only with a few more green stems and leaves to inflate the size. the roses themselves were nowhere near the quality of a £11 Extra Special bouquet from ASDA! certainly not what I expected for £30, and not what the photos on product page would imply. “Quite a disappointment ”

When I chose and orderd a bouquet of flowers for my mum on Mother's Day I was really looking forward to her receiving them. I happened to go shopping the day before when I walked pass the crowds of people buying huge beautiful bouquets and I felt quite smug that I had already orginised mine and made a very good choice. “mothers day order arrived two days late!”

Whilst my mother loved her bouquet, chocolates and balloon when they finally arrived the day after mother's day, she had initally thought I hadnt gotten her anything. Unfortunately it was the first mothers day in years I wasnt able to spend with her and therefore had to get something delivered instead of giving it to her person. “Multiple transactions too difficult”

3 separate purchases took too many key strokes -- and 3 separate credit card payments. Why not allow each purchase to be added to a basket and then add addresses for each and make a single payment. First time I've tired your service and the user interface is not impressive… Read Full Review

“This site needs a review”

Firstly, the good points- clear tabs to find the type of products that you want ie. Birthday or xmas flowers. Explanations of "upgrades" are no-where to be found. What does "deluxe upgrade mean?". No explanation. Also if you want to send flowers internationally, there are no drop down boxes for the country of destination. The system assumes that you are ordering for the UK… Read Full Review

“Irritating address message”

It took five attempts to place this order because it kept telling that address field one was empty when it wasn't. So instead of a quick and easy order it took me 30 minutes to actually place it. “Room for improvement”

Arena Flowers - online florist. On Thursday we placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Saturday to Oaxaca, Mexico for the 97th birthday of a dear friend. According to Arena Flowers we could have ordered on Friday as they guarantee next day delivery. When we checked the status on the website we were pleased to see that it said the flowers had been delivered. “Very Disappointed in Quality of the flowers”

Flowers sent by my son for my birthday arrived the day before my birthday. On opening the box I discovered the flowers ( a dozen roses ) were certainly not fresh, the outer petals were wilted and the rest looked very sad. He deserved to have had his money refunded. I ordered flowers for a birthday in Holland. The flowers didn't arrive, despite having the correct address and a phone number and saying to leave them with a neighbour. I was told that they had tried to deliver but couldn't get an answer and so left a card. There was no card left. “disappointed”

Bought flowers for my mother for her birthday, they arrived on time but when she opened them up I was rather disappointed by the size of the product and the quality. The flowers were so dry, the size of the bouquet was rather small compared to what I had expected, I may as well went to a petrol station and bought better flowers with the money that I had spent on them. “Valentine flowers late”

Ordered some valentine flowers for my partner 2 weeks before the 14th. Delivery was supposed to be up until 6pm that day, was obviously hoping they would be delivered sooner rather than later as the day would nearly be over otherwise. We went out for a meal at 6.30 - the flowers still hadn't been delivered - but were later, sometime between then and 12am when we got in, got a text at 11.40pm saying they had been delievered so guessing was then when they were delivered. “Could be much better”

Ordered two times from them, and it go without a scrath. Large choice of flowers, good prices. On the third delivery the "fun" started. Despite the fact that the DPD courier informed about the completion of delivery, the recipient has not received the ordered flowers on time. Well, wrote a letter to their customer service, and still waiting the awnser. Looks like it`s not Arena, who fails the delivery, but the DPD couriers, who simply refuse to do their work.
