    l received a fantastic "cheer you up" bouquet of flowers from my niece in Switzerland through Arena, they were amazing and delivered promptly, efficiently and professionally. l would not hesitate to recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

    I m curious, why other people give a bad rank on this website, I think this website are good as a new comer. I already test all the tools in the website and all run well and not slow.     I was deeply dissapointed with the quality of the arrangement from Arena Flowers. I paid £45 for a 'deluxe' arrangement. The presentation of these flowers was crude to say the least, and I could see nothing in their appearance that would induce anyone to advertise them as 'Gift Wrapped'. The base was tied with a horrible elastic band and a murky, green piece of plastic. The flowers themselves, not only were fewer than I expected but were brown and dead-looking.     I ordered what looked like a beautiful set of flowers for my wife on our anniversary. 12 Pink Roses, a box of Prestat chocolates, a bottle of nice wine and a "i love you" balloon. The none of the latter were delivered and the flowers themselves were dry and wilting. Previous experience with Arena was good but these are just bad flowers.

    Customer services were at least easy to contact and offered a refund, but thats not exactly the point in their line of business now is it?

    Flowers delivered by Arena Flowers were dead! I called and after 40 minutes waiting was put through to customer services. Did not offer a refund. Did not offer a replacement.

    I was very impressed with their service. I placed a order and it was delivered to my wife within a few hours. I am traveling all over the world and am not always home for special occasions. Arena Flowers once again delivered! the text I received after my wife received the flowers was "the best flowers I have ever received". I thought this warrant a review.

    I ordered some flowers from Arena Flowers to be delivered for a funeral. I spoke to someone over the phone who confirmed that the order had been taken and had been processed, and assured me that my request to have the flowers delivered early in the day for a 1pm service would be met. I ordered the flowers 4 days before the funeral.

    DO NOT USE Arena Flowers These guys really are the worst out. The flowers I ordered to go to my mum in London were terrible for the money I paid. I phoned to complain a few days later but was today they would not do anything to sort the matter out. I asked for a manager to call me back as no one was available.     This is the first time I bought flowers online, and I am very happy that I chose Arena Flowers.I chose it based on the reviews I found on this site, they were late in the delivery, but they called my girlfriend and apologized for the delay and gave her a nice box of chocolates as a token of their apology.The flowers looked amazing, and were arranged extremely well.

    Was very surprised to read any positive feedback on Arena Flowers. Have used them twice and on both occassions have been EXTREMELY dissapointed. What is the use of a same day delivery if it does not occur on the same day!!

    Client service is dismal too, all you get is a very sarcastic person.

    I'm doing a lot off international business between Benelux and the UK.I have used Arena in all country's www.arenabloemen.nl and www.arenablumen.de and off course Arenaflowers.com in all off there websites they are able to give the same service and specially they are able to supply the exact product as you see it on the pictures.With my experience I can say that they are the only company who's able to do that in Europe.For my kind of business that's very important because I do get a lot of good ...

    I'm not a regular flowers giver but do buy many items from various sites on the internet. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service from arenaflowers.com. The flowers arrived exactly on time to my girlfriends work address, shortly followed by a text to my mobile telling me they'd been delivered safely. A big win in my book! Apparently the flowers were too..

    I ordered flowers from Arena Flowers at luhchtime on 13 Feb for a Valentine's Day delivery in Argentina which their website specifically said they were able to make. It is now 17 Feb and there has been no delivery and although they acknowledge my order cannot tell me where the flowers are or even if they will ever be delivered.     Was attracted to Arena Flowers by their good and easy to navigate website and selection of offers and international delivery. my girlfriend is in the philippines and i wanted to send her flowers for valentines day. they offered this service. easy payment transaction. confirmation of order received quickly. the fact they would send an email when delivery was made was a big plus for arena flowers.

    Flowers were ordered as a surprise Xmas gift. None arrived. Arena Flowers said they had and refused a refund. When pressed they said the courier couldn't find the address and had re-routed them back to them and that if the address was confirmed again they would send a fresh arrangement.

    I am DISGUSTED at the quality of the bunch of flowers that was sent by arena. I say 'bunch' as I would not even describe it as a bouquet. They arrived looking NOTHING like the picture shown on website. They appeared to be a last-minute rush job by Arena Flowers using left-over flowers that were half dead or damaged and barely even arranged as per the picture on site.

    Ordered flowers for my first anniversarym they did not arrive contacted their "customer service line" just got a load of rubbish about trying for two hours to find the address. I demanded my money back which I got, flowers arrived the next day although I gave them no other directions.

    I ordered flowers and paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday when I knew there would be people at home. As an extra precaution I arranged for a neighbour to take them if necessary and if all else failed I agreed that they could leave them outside the front porch. THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED AT ALL and when I rang and complained I was told "Oh sorry the courier didn't follow the instructions"

    I ordered some flowers from Arena Flowers to be delivered to south africa on sunday night after being let down by another florist and these were delivered on monday at 4! Now that's fast! Would use them again anytime.

    I had a problem with the flowers that were delivered for my birthday and after a phone call (and no hesitation or argument from Arena) I had new flowers delivered the next day. Person I spoke to was extremely helpful and apologetic and seemed to care about my problem. I would not hesitate to use them again.
