I ordered flowers for delivery 2 days later for a funeral. They confirmed the order, but then sent me an email 24 hours later saying they could not fulfill the order due to a bank holiday on the day of delivery in the country concerned. This itself was a lie as the holiday was the day before and it left me with pretty much no time to get anything else organised. I bought a mixed bouquet of flowers for an elderly lady who had a fall and was taking a while to recover. When she received the flowers she phoned us immediately to say how delighted she was with them. She also sent a card repeating her delight. Having used Arena Flowers before I was confident about the response I would receive from my sweetheart. However, she was extremely disappointed with them. Arenaflowers are terrible. Valentines day, first one with my bird and since I work in the Navy, wanted to make sure she had something for while i wasn't there.
