Good Points: Beautiful flowers, wonderfully arranged and freshly preserved on delivery. Very well packaged. An absolute delight to receive!
Bad Points: Would have been nice to have received a little card with message on from sender to finish off the surprise gift.
General comments: First time I have received flowers from this delivery agent and I will have no hesitation in using them again when I want to send flowers in the future. Thank you.

After using other interflora sites over the years and having been disappointed with the results not to mention the outrageous costs, I am so glad to have found Arena! I know I can rely on them to do a great job and deliver on time and are reasonably priced. I would not order from anyone else now.

I needed to send a bouquet to the USA and arena flowers website did not advise that they could not. There was nothing to say they couldn't and I believed they would be able to. They did not ..and did not let me know they had failed either... i had to tell them.. I cancelled the order when i told them this but then they sent it out a day late and texted me the details at 10:30pm the same night and told me that the recipient would be thrilled!!! - sadly i was not !!!!

Arena Flowers were very poor overall. I will go somewhere else in future, as I want quality and good service. Totally ruined my sisters birthday present.

All internet businesses (and many High Street ones) could learn a lot from Arena Flowers. Excellent customer service skills (they actually seem as if they care and personalise responses, as opposed to standard letters). Good quality product delivered on time.

I spoke to a great lady in customer services who was able to advise me on the best bouquet to send to my mother. She also made another suggestion of a half bottle of champagne which my mother loved!
All round I think these guys are great compared to the shoddy service you generally get on the web and would recommend to others.

The service and quality from Arena flowers makes their website the only stop for sending flowers in the UK. The freshness, style and quality of their arrangements at the price that they deliver them to your front door for is quite amazing. I have ordered several times, and the recipients have always been over the moon, several of them now using Arena themselves. Good value for money, and they kept me updated every step of the way, through emails and text alerts on my mobile. Unfortunately, they don't do same day delivery for outside of London. Although free delivery for next day isn't too bad.
I had a good first experience with Arena Flowers. I ordered flowers and got what I paid for.

Fantastic customer service, brilliant and easy to use website, flowers delivered within two hours, and my friend was over the moon with the flowers to say the least.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother in wales, and she was absolutely over the moon. She'd never had such a large and impressive bunch for just £40. It really made her bithday special, and was special for me to. The website was easy to use, and the girl I spoke to on the phone just to double check my order was absolutely delightful. Would definitely recommend Arena Flowers.

They sent a cheaper and far poorer quality bouquet of flowers, and they died within a day. The customer service people at Arena Flowers were very unhelpful.
