I had to wait 25 minutes after phoning for my car to be delivered. When I told an arriving family to bear this in mind when you return, the Maple Manor guy went mad and started really berating me "how dare you, that is so out of order, how would you like it if I came to your place of work and told your customers that your service was really bad" etc I told him that people have a right to know and he just carried on aggressively having a go at me! “Unprofessional and damaged car mirrors ”

After parking my car with the Hamptin by Hilton Hotel for or family holiday, they subcontract their offsite parking to this company. Be warned! Firstly they had the wrong details for our flight home, do we had to wait for the car over an hour (despite Giving this information to the hotel twice!). “Long wait for car to be returned”

On leaving our car with Maple Manor driver, he failed to tell us that it was very important to remove our house keys from the set. This was not something we thought about so early in the morning, but it was a serious omission on his part. When we returned to Gatwick we tried to call having collected our baggage, but no one answered the phone. “I'm sorry to say we returned to things missing from...”

I'm sorry to say we returned to things missing from the inside of the vehicle and appalling follow-up customer service. Dropped the car at the start of a week in Turkey and PURPOSELY counted the change that a lot of people keep in the ashtray (concealed) inside the vehicle. Upon return of the car a week later the pound coins were missing but the silver change had been left (probably in the hope we wouldn't notice for a week or so). “Car covered in Bird Poo”

Use before and all OK, but last time (May 2016) was different. First of all we had to drive to a car park,the other side of the Hampton Hilton (This is not meet and greet -this is driving to a car park). On return the car was covered in Bird Poo and twigs. Have previously used Maple Manor with great results. Unfortunately yesterday I returned to T5 to find some damage to my car (the hazard button had been pushed inside the dash). I contacted their customer service team who promptly replied to say their would not take an responsibility for this despite it happening while it was in their possession. Whilst OK when things go right, the real test is when something goes wrong. And our experience last week was that Maple Manor Meet & Greet at Gatwick Airport are appalling - when we collected our car after a week away, there was a problem with it which did not exist when we dropped the car off a week earlier. I booked via an agent for Stansted Maple Manor. This was a simple process. The service on site was fine - left my keys, and was taken to the airport straight away, and picked up straight away on return. However, when I was given my keys back I noticed scratches on my vehicle that were not there before. I reported it and was given an email address to send photos to. Do NOT use Maple Manor Parking. I have just returned from my holiday and our car was absolutely filthy, particularly on one side where it was clear they drove very quickly through a muddle pothole. God knows what damage we will find when we inspect this further. Their response to my complaint was that they couldn't care less, were rude on email (LARRY GERBER) and renounced all responsibility for anything. I returned on 28th February to a scratched car and feel the tone of my emails from Larry are pretty much the same as yours... Awful customer service, my insurers have asked me to ask for CCTV footage.

The driver was more than 20 minutes late when I arrived at Gatwick North Terminal, which caused me to miss my flight. I have used Maple Manor meet and greet service previously without any dramas. In fact I found them to be very good. However the test of a company is when things do not go well and how they react/behave. On our last encounter the car was returned with a broken (not cracked - there were pieces of lens missing) rear indicator lens cluster...which incidentally is pretty thick.
