    DO NOT USE MAPLE MANOR PARKING!!! We booked the meet and greet service and had the most stressful time because we nearly missed our flight waiting for them to meet us! We had to wait an hour for the driver to arrive, despite ringing and chasing 8 times! Eventually when the driver did turn up he said that he had been waiting at the wrong terminal, he admitted that it was their mistake and that we would get a full refund on our return. However, we wrote to Customer Services and got NOTHING! We basically booked and paid a lot of money for a meet and greet service which we simply didn't get. Terrible customer service and a complete nightmare.

    I have seen the negative reviews, but I have used Maple Manor Parking approximately 10 times now, and the service has never been anything other than faultless. Longest wait might have reached 10 minutes, but no more.

    Excellent service would recommend highly.

    I wish I had read this before booking! To be fair, outward journey on 24 September was good. But on return on 1 October had to wait 25 minutes plus time from phoning to getting to agreed pick-up point. Took this up with driver who said he had only been given the car 5 minutes earlier. He was honest enough to say that the problem was that there were not enough drivers on duty.

    Quite frankly I'm surprised this company is still in business. I wish I'd read these reviews beforehand, because Maple Manor clearly have some serious problems in delivering the service they promise. A meet and greet service is supposed to decrease stress not create it. A 40 minute wait to have the car picked up was completely unacceptable, especially as the designated pick up point is on double yellow lines and policed by particularly officious traffic wardens.     Maple Manor meet and greet was pretty much a faultless service. Driver was there to meet us for outbound flight, checked the vehicle over very thoroughly and on the return, different driver was already waiting outside with the vehicle. Polite efficient service that was pretty reasonable (about £12 more than standard long term parking rates)and avoided that grotty bus journey to and from the car park to the terminal.

    Used this company twice, first time the service was appaling and had to wait 45 minutes to have car collected, complained through Holiday Extra's (who we booked through initially) who took up the complaint and with Maple Manor and to give them their due did offer us two weeks free parking in the future as a gesture of goodwill, we took them up on a few months later, again waited for at least 30 minutes for car to be collected at terminal, moved on several times by traffic warden and 40 minutes t ...

    MEET AND GREET AIRPORT PARKING. When we arrived to drop off the car the person wasn't there. We rang and asked where they were and the control said they'd be 2 minutes. 20 minutes later still nobody arrived. Turned out they sent the person with the wrong paperwork. He was mooching about being of little use even though he knew we were waiting for Maple Manor. No point in having airport parking if it takes over 20 minutes.     I have used Maple Manor on 5 previous occasions , 3 of which went smoothly while the other 2 involved waiting 20 to 30 minutes for the car to be returned.
    Our most recent dealing with maple manor will definitely be the last.

    Gatwick Maple Manor Parking - I cannot believe they have got any good reviews !!!
    On the outward flight I called 10 minutes in advance as directed and then I waited 40 minutes and had to insist one of their staff - stood there doing nothing took my keys or else I would have missed my flight!
    I was told "we don't just have staff waiting around for you to call" - funny - I thought they did? However the real problem was their drivers "were all at the other termininal..."

    I booked Maple Manor due to the fact that I would be landing in the early hours of the morning and did not want to subject my 2 children to having to get a shuttle bus to a car park.

    We booked as we thought Maple Manor Parking Meet and Greet appeared good value, but the old addage you get what you pay for applies here! They have overstretched themselves to the point that it took us 20 minutes of constantly ringing them to let them know we had arrived, but the line was engaged.     Returned after four days to find scratch marks the full length of the car, unfortunately I returned late at night and the marks were on the unlit side of the vehicle. When calling the office the next day all I was told to write to another office. Also got hit for an additional £2.50 surcharge for collecting the car before 6.30pm. If they knew the times of pick and collection why wasn't that included in the calculation of the costs at time of booking.

    I used this Maple Manor Parking Meet and Greet service today 17th August 2009 and was totally disatisfied with service. It took 75 minutes for my car to be returned with no telephone calls to explain delay. I rang the office number on 4 occasions to be told the driver was on there way and would be with me shortly!

    Maple Manor Parking Meet and Greet - Wow, I thought waiting for 30 mics was bad, but compared to some of the other reviews I was lucky. I wonder though how many of you had your car used without your consent while you were lying on a beach? I logged my milage and came back to discover an extra 2,000 on the clock! Solicitors & Police are on the case! Don't use this shower of a company and if you do use another, log the mileage and any damage to your car before they take it away.

    A very poor service from Maple Manor on a recent trip to and from Gatwick. We experienced a long wait on the pickup prior to our outbound journey. Worse was to come on the inbound journey. We called the service on picking up or bags. We then went through to the car drop off point and waited for 20 mins. We then started to try to get through on the phone to understand the delay. we had no luck for 15 mins (engaged or continuous ringing), when we eventually got through they told us the car had set ...

    I used Maple manor for the first time last week and was disappointed at their meet and greet service. On arrival at Gatwick we had to wait 20 minutes before they collected our cars. Also there is no point arriving early as they do not collect you car before your booked time. I will not be using this service again in the future

    We have used Maple Manor Parking for a number of years and have always found them to be good value for money. We recommend them to friends who are travelling from either of the Gatwick terminals. There is no point in arriving before the time you state as they do not collect earlier than the time you booked.

    This is the first time i have used Maple Manor Parking Meet and Greet. As instructed rang them when on M23, but we still had to wait but only 10 minutes. When I landed back in the country I rang as instructed when in the baggage hall and was told to ring again when i had cleared customs. This I did and went to the area to wait for the car.     this is the first time i have used maple manor and did so with unfounded trepidation. they were excellent. what a hassle-free way to park at gatwick. much easier to guage time by not having to come in on shuttle bus and wonderful not to have to go collect the car at 1am on our return.

    I have used Maple Manor for the last 5 Years and just booked again, i have found the service excellent!!
    It beats having to get a coach and dragging cases around!!!
