Good Points: Sometimes answered the phone.
General comments: They were very slow to collect car - 3 hours. There was no communication from them despite me calling them many times. They were very slow in delivering the car back to us - 55 minutes. I would not use this company again

I would advise anybody against usng this company. I mean its not rocket science to collect and return a car to a given spot. They managed that bit ...just ... late.. But what you can expect from when a company insists that you only call them when you've cleared customs i.e. at Gatwick your outside .... meaning you get to stand their in the rain while they drive down.....30 minutes late......Unforgivable but to make it worse the member of staff that delivered my car back insisted I pay him an ex ...

My friend used Premier meet and greet who were there on arrival and collection within 2 minutes each time and the cost was virtually half the price I paid and they also washed her car.

I had to wait over an hour for my car to be returned. I rang the supplied number to check where my car was and why it was taking so long but they could not tell me. This was a really bad experience and I will never use them again

We kept calling but were told the car is on its way, but turned up 1 hour 40 minutes late, we were freezing and our baby was very distressed, no explanation or apology...car had had a flat battery. Disgusting service

This was the most appalling service I have ever encountered. When you book you are told to call 24 hours later to confirm booking, they never answered the phone and never returned messages.
I did mange to speak with someone the day before we left and actually said that I was worried about the service due to the bad reviews I had read ( after booking: stupid me) he assured me that these were one offs.
Despite phoning the mandatory 15 minutes before we arrived at departures, we still had to wait 4 ...

I called from the M23 to say I was 15min away and I still had to wait 20min once I got there--I was left circling the parking area since there is no designated bays.
Upon arrival, I called exactly when I told them I would (after I had got my luggage) and was told they'd be there in 10min. After 30min I called again and they said they couldn't find the paperwork. It took 45MIN for the driver to arrive with no apology at all. I could have walked to the long term car park in that time. Late upon ...

Phoned multiple times - 35 minutes after we arrived at Gatwick at time booked still no sign of driver so had to leave in short stay car park or miss flight. Appalling.

Despite phoning on time on arrival both times they were late and left us waiting. Fifteen minutes on the way to the airport and twenty minutes on return. With these length of delays park and ride is cheaper for the same wait!
Also MM do not appear to have a dedicated parking/waiting facility at the airport, therefore you may be risking a parking ticket while you wait for them.

As a first timer, there was no faulting the convenience and efficiency of the service. It worked well for us. Judging by the state of my previously clean car, I would only question wherever you park your customers vehicles. If I didn't wash my car for a year, it would still not have been as dirty as the state it was returned!! A minor disappointment, but the kids were pleased as they earned extra pocket money cleaning it!!

After booking I read some poor reviews but can honestly say I had no problems at all. They met me on time as arranged. Had to wait 5 minutes after I arrived but it was no problem. Very good value for Would use again definitely

We have used Maple Manor on 5 occasions now, and with 2 children under 2 years old we would not change, to getting on a bus to get to the car!
Maple's drivers for us have always been helpful, and whilst they are obviously busy, they have never rushes us in any way.
All in all we will keep using them.

We have used Maple Manor Parking Meet and Greet on several occasions and been very pleased with the service. Last week they were waiting for us when we arrived at Gatwick to drop off the car. On our return they delivered the car to us within ten minutes.

Phoned 10 minutes prior to arrival at airport as requested. Waited nearly 40 minutes for driver to arrive. Every time we phoned the office we were told driver was on his way. Got moved on twice by the police and then had to keep driving around the block. Worse by far was the driver's attitude when he did finally arrive. He made no attempt to apologise and was in fact very rude to us. When we complained about the service he refused to take the car. Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend ...

I would never use Maple Manor Meet and Greet service again.When we booked they were very efficient and polite but it stopped there. When we phoned up to get our car we couldn't get through for ages, when we did they said they would be fifteen minutes but in fact it was forty. They had been involved in an accident. Despite phoning ahead as instructed, we had a 10 minute wait on arrival at Gatwick. On our return, very late after a delayed flight on an extremely cold November night (-2 degrees ), we rang after collecting our luggage, and then waited 25 minutes in the bitter cold.
