Good Points: Easy to use, all recipes work great!

Bad Points: Holes in bread from paddles but this is to be expected, hard to find spares want another pan to make more in a day.

General comments: The Hinari HBM230 breadmaker is the best appliance I have bought and the only gadget I use often. Been using this for a couple of years now and is still working fine making bread 3-4 times a week,all recipes supplied work well even the jam setting strawberry jam is excellent. Cleaning easy just put pan in dishwasher.

This Hinari HBM230 is my favorite machine, Traditional horizontal loaf shape; 3 sizes of loaf; good mixing with twin paddles; produced my best bread so far. I would have bought another if they had still been in production. However, it only lasted me 22 months of use, using it 3 or 4 times a week, and at the end, I could only use the rapid setting. When it finally refused to give up the last loaf, and I tore out half the bread getting the paddles out, I decided to call it a day!

Twin paddles give a consistent dough mix. Pan needs only a quick wipe to clean. Very easy to use and can make a huge loaf. A good try but I wouldn't buy another Hinari. A mechanical failure after nine months of light use (I used it twice a week) and the supplier gave my money back. Now I'm looking for a new bread maker.
