    Good Points: Extensive stock, though questionable if any of it actually exists.

    Responsive phone service, though absolutely useless.


    Bad Points: Still waiting for my orders!!


    General comments: I placed an order 3 times over 3 months with The Coffee Store, and I've yet to get ANY useful information regarding any of those orders, despite frequent phone calls and emails.

    The "Boss" is never in. He's the only person who can deal with phone requests further to the online order.
