    This is the worse service ever!!! Do NOT use this ticket agency. BTW This is not a travel agency; they only issue the tickets with not liability on their part. But they do not mention that until you have a problem

    You are better off buying the ticket directly from the airline.

    They do NOT have customer service at all. And, they will refer you eventually to the airline if ANY issues arise.

    The airlines do NOT take their tickets, especially the paper tickets issued by them. I do not know if this is legal but it happened to me. It is IMPOSSIBLE to solve any issues with their tickets. You have to buy new ticket. Of course, you buy the tickets with your own money.

    Reimbursement? You must be kidding, you are out of luck.

    Ask for the reschedule fee; it is just as expensive as buying another ticket.

    Best Travel Store, Inc. will make references to links in their websites and mentioning treats and articles that you never hear off. They will send you a reply that reads as follows.

    Do NOT this service: it is awful/terrible. If you do, you will be writing or posting in this site, just like I did today.

    Best Travel Store cannot be held responsible when required reservation and payment rules that are posted in a very conspicuous manner are not followed. Furthermore, Best Travel Store cannot assume responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any information provided by any third party, including the airline providing transportation. Any such dispute is between you and the applicable party that provided you with (erroneous) information.

    CONCLUSION
    United Airlines is solely responsible for all expenses resulting from the delay on the return portion of your trip per Warsaw and Montreal Conventions Article 19.
    United may be further responsible for expenses resulting from your lack of the required transit visa in case you can prove that they failed to provide you with accurate information about travel requirements for Belarus. Note that it is not enough that you simply prove that they told you that staying within the Moscow airport international area relieves you of transit visa requirement, but you must also prove that you asked specifically about travel to your final destination in Belarus, which does require the transit visa.
    Best Travel Store fulfilled its obligations to the passenger fully by providing conspicuously placed and accurate transit visa requirement information and by providing a valid United Airlines ticket for round trip travel to Belarus.

    Booked a one way ticket from Nairobi to Chicago, was the cheapest by more than $400, they send me my e ticket and had no problems with the ticket. I checked on Virgin atlantic website and my reservation was available too. They are genuine and would use them again.No customer service interaction was present because they send the confirmation online, but value of money has to be a 5 star.

    I have used BT-Store twice for purchase of international airline tickets. Their price is the best I could find and I never had any problems with the tickets or the reservations. The last time there was a problem with my credit card information. I did not understand why they were not accepting the card. After three or four emails and one phone call, the problem was resolved.     Stay away from the Best Travel Store. U book your flight, ready to purchase and ... surprise, they changed your dates and the price and the airlines. What a waste of time for me. I could have $100 less expensive ticket, but wasted too much time and did not get it anyway. Booked through Expedia, you know what you get.

    After 7 days of nonstop searching I found the lowest fare on bt-store.com. I had couple of questions regarding fare restrictions and decided to call. The wait time was almost 10 minutes. When I got an an agent on the phone, she answered all the questions and was quite knowledgeable. I purchased the ticket, got eticket and seats assigned. Everything worked fine. I also called the airline and verified the reservation.

    This website "Best-Travel Store" offers unavailable flights to entice customers, but watch out when you select fixed dates for search. The results will still show unmatched dates. That's how we booked our trip - with the wrong date.

    STAY AWAY from Best Tarvel Store. The advertise fares that are lower than anyone else, let u book it and than contacting u back with the BS that the airline cannot honor this rate. I assume they are using it as a tactic to keep u there even after in order to purchase the correct fare. What a waste of time.     I already purchased several tickets with best travel store. Had no problems with changing reservations and had very good experience with their customer service when Lufthansa changed my flight schedule right before departure. Ben

    If you want stress free travel, stay away from Best Travel Store pleeease! My husband used them and had the worst experience ever. He was taken off a flight in Africa and spent a night at the airport before I could arrange to get him out of there. They said he needed a transit visa which BTS nor the airline had told us about. When I called BTS the employee who answered was very rude and offered no help. She refused to let me speak to the manager or supervisor. Worst experience ever!

    Dealing with this company cost me a lot of stress and money. I booked an overseas flight through BTS 2 months ahead of time, since they gave me the best price ($6700 for 4 tickets to europe), got a confirmation. But when showed up at the airport, I discovered that the tickets have been booked, and then canceled. That's it. No notice, nothing.     Best Travel Store has found ways to keep travel costs down for its customers, especially for Africa and Asia destinations. Excellent website experience, and most importantly, an efficient customer service that knows the value of time. I am telling friends and family.

    best travel store site allowed my family of 5 to purchase reasonably priced tickets to Japan for vacation. All the other sites I looked on were double or triple the price. customer support was very nice and helpful when I called to ask questions before booking. I booked during business hours to avoid a long wait and received confirmation within hours. Flights went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. Thank you and I will be using you again.

    I fly overseas frequently and I've never found a cheaper price anywhere for flights to Europe or Africa. The prices of flights are going up but Best Travel Store does and incredible job at keeping the prices down and giving lots of options.

    Be very careful. They take all the information, confirm the booking and then a few hours later claims that they are unable to issue the tickets because of incorrectly advertised fare.
    Best Travel Store deserves zero star.

    Been using Best Travel Store website to buy flight tickets for a couple of years now.I bought around 20 tickets from them , since the prices were always very competitive. Especially on the long flights. Also , they recently introduced a feature called Super Seat Maps which lets you choose your preferred seat from a very descriptive/advanced layout of the plane you'll be flying.     The Best Travel Store site is easy to navigate and purchase was easy. The price was the best I could find. The customer service lady was polite and lovely. I would recommend this sight for travellers!

    Best Travel Store - Most likely a SCAM! Please be very careful! They are attracting with low prices and when you place an order, will ask for additional information, such as fax a copy of your drivers 'license and/or credit card due to problems with the payment going thru. If you will be stupid enough to provide this personal information, like I was, they will still tell you that they are unable to process the payment and issue the ticket. Lost time and who knows what else in the future ' .

    I've always used local travel agents in purchasing airline tickets because I was paranoid that I wouldn't get satisfactory customer service if I went through online travel agents. But I'm happy to say that BT Store put that fear to rest. I used BT Store to purchase airline tickets online for the first time.     I have been using Best Travel Store services now for some years. I have found that their customer service is excellent, perhaps second to none, and I commend them for this. They reply emails and provide answers to questions promptly. They are an organization. that engages with their customers. They don't leave you out there to hang out and dry.     Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with BTS. I have purchased an air ticket for myself and my daughter but the agency did not mention I needed to call the airlines first and verify that I will be able to send my daughter as an unaccompanied minor.
