My experience of Managed Comms has been very poor. Long outages (often at weekends) followed by poor explanations which suggest they have no proper redundancy built in to their systems. Speed (when the bonded lines are up) is OK but fsr too many losses of service to justify the price. There is no 24/7 support included, although they will sell you this for a large additional payment. In summary; a reasonable product, completely ruined for business use by poor technical support, unacceptable service loss and a poor asttitude to customer care.

I too have a Managed Communications Bundled DSL circuit however I was notified of the contract term and was offered pricing for 12, 36 and 60 month contracts. I opted for the 36 month as there was an incentive on the set-up.
My advice would be to read the terms and conditions and if you are being quoted for a longer term contract try asking for a shorter term contract.
Anybody who signs up for a business to business internet contract without reading terms and conditions should quite simply not ...- Read Guest's review (107 words)

NEVER was this 5 yr term ever mentioned in the many communications i had with sales prior to accepting the service it is not on the order form was never mentioned in the email that outlined the service and the terms are only online- Read Guest's review (79 words)

We signed up for a Managed Communications Bonded SDSL connection in June 2007. Our experience to date has been second to none. What I liked was having a dedicated account manager and support technician, something which my previous ISP did not offer.
The expertise from support is excellent and they often assist when we are having issues with our internal network - something they don't even manage.
I did look at the competition and although they were not the cheapest they have far exceeded my expe ...- Read Guest's review (114 words)

Managed Communications are the worst ISP in the UK in my opinion. I had a 5 YEAR contract and it is almost impossible to migrate to another ISP in the future. The connection is also extremely slow and unreliable when i need it.- Read Guest's review (54 words)

Really fast connection - Managed Communications are not the cheapest in terms of price but any teething problems were soon ironed out and found the customer service was exceptional. No problems since.- Read sihooley's review (31 words)
