    Bad Points: everything about this company

    General comments: Wentworth Direct Finance Personal Loans take your money and run.I got a letter saying i had being approved , paid my £55 then got another letter from someone saying i had to apply via his company.

    Wentworth Direct Finance took £55 from me and i got nothing back, When i asked for my money back as they promised if they could'nt help they said you will have to write to head office, so i did and again heard nothing. Even if they offered me a loan i would say no. I am still trying to get my money back and its be nearly a year but i will keep trying.

    I only hoped that I read all of this prior to applying for the Wentworth Direct Finance Personal Loan, for sure enough I have paid the brokers fee, of 55.00. Received a letter and now I am waiting to see If i get any money, keep you updated.

    Wentworth Direct Finance Personal Loans are absolutely disgraceful, they tell you that you have a loan, take your money, and guess what no loan and if want to speak to someone forget it unless you want to spend hours on the phone. I am now going to attempt a refund although i am not holding out much hope.

    Wentworth Direct Finance Personal Loans is absolute rubbish..paid my 55 pound almost a month ago,got a letter from parkfield and have heard nothing since. couldve used the 55 fee i paid to clear some debt,not get further into it..

    What ever you do - don`t use wenworth direct,very mis-leading letter arrives at your door, telling you that you`ve been accepted for a loan and wanting £55 fee-9 times out of 10 you won`t get the loan , which they say has been approved-believe me, it has not.

    Wentworth Direct took my bank details to take the brokers fee a week later.. sorter like a direct debit, i cancelled wanting to get a laon that day but they still took my money.... the £55 brokers fee then cost me 2 bank charges they wernt ment to take the money koz i had no wages in my bank... , two days after stating i wasnt interested. i wrote to them but still heard nothing.

    I've never used wentworth finance before until now and i've got off to a good start with them when they helped arrange the loan for me. I paid their fee first , then my application when through to Raph Marlon loans before the loan amount was paid to me.

    I applied for a loan for the amount of £7500 in May 2009 and recieved writtern confirmation that my loan had been accepted by their underwriting department . The letter also requested the sum of £55 for arranging the loan which I paid in good faith however 28th June 2009 I'm still waiting for this so called loan.     Apart from a pushy sales person everything went according to plan and i received the loan roughly within 11days. Bearing in mind we have a credit squeeze wentworth i think did quite well.

    WELL where do i start.....!!! i just wished i had seen all these comments b4 i fell for the stupid con. i paid my fee are receiving a call saying my full loan had been approved and all checks had come back fine, of course i questioned this a few times to be told nuffink can go wrong everything is ok and will be fine and i need paay the £55.00 fee and then credit aggrement would be sent out and i have to agree and sign and pay ut 5-7days later and to my shock i didnt receive it was another ...

    I really have nothing bad to say about wentworth direct finance because the service they offered me was perfectly fine. They did what they said they would do and found me a loan on time and i would use them for another loan in the future.

    I paid my loan fee of 55 pounds at the beginning of May ,got paperwork through, went on this website was stunted at what I had read decided not to bother with loan I have phoned Wentworth several times been told refund would be put back in account,phoned again after waiting 1 hour to be told there was a cheque on its way still haven't received that phoned again was told they would chase it up and I have also wrote three times it is costing me a fortune,What a shambles of a company the staff are ...

    I'm always suspicious of a company that purports to lend me money in an instant after collating the most basic details of my circumstances. Before returning the application form I tried to contact Wentworth to obtain details of how the application would be processed, who would be the lender and what the actual loan rate would be.     I did have success with Wentworth after desparately trying to fine a loan in other places. I was only looking for a small loan anyway. i put through an application on their wed site then had to clarify a few details with thenm further.

    Please Read --- I was always doubtful of Wentworth Direct but got in to such a state I had no choice. I thought and thought for days whether to do it or not and finally decided i had to go ahead even after doing my research and reading the not so good reviews on here. Not to my surprise i paid my £55 and i'm still waitiing weeks later. This service in my opinion is a total con. I urge anyone that is thinking about it not to waste your money!

    My husband applied to Wentworth Direct Finance Personal Loans on 29th May. Got approval letter, then 4 phone calls later (which incidentally has cost us £15) nothing. I feel really let down, surely the company cannot operate like this?

    My second loan in the last few years recently paid out with wentworth loan company. The interest payments are affordable to me and i managed to pay off the last one. Hope the credit crunch eases for every ones sake.

    Everything ran very smoothly with me and i got my loan without any problems. A good mate gave me a nod to use because he had got a loan from Wentworth Direct Finance before. I made my application online heard from the loan agents, verified a few things with them then that was it.
