    THANKS WENTWORTH FOR A REAL GOOD SERVICE. JUST A SHAME ONE OF THE LOAN ADVISERS WAS A BIT SHARP WITH ME ON THE PHONE.

    for £3000 loan wanted back over £5300. Bad rip off company for people with poor credit rating

    It was good that Wentworth had a wide variety of loan products on offer.The loan I went for had a rate of 20% which to me was ok.

    I'm giving this company 4 stars because they deserve it. My loan went through quickly and customer service was equally efficient. I hope they keep up the good work.

    i was contacted by wentworth finance and paid the 59 pound fee they asked for 3 wks later i havent heard a thing dont use this company they are pure del boys n rip u off!!!!

    I've had 2 loans with wentworth over a two year span. My most recent loan with them was approved and paid out last month. I thought the service was average.

    Other guests have asked whether the rates are lower if if you re-apply with them. The answer to that is yes they are lower.

    god, i am stupid ,i should check this before,i apply a loan 2000 pound , and received a letter said i need pay 59 pound brokers fee, and they take 3 times money from my account,and i sent a letter to their company ,wait near one month ,nothing happen, and i will sent another letter ,hope they can do something for me,if not i will take action against them. they should be xxxx

    THANK YOU SO MUCH WENTWORTH FOR GEETING ME MY LOAN. IT CAME IN VERY HANDY FOR ME THIS TIME OF YEAR.

    THEY REALLY PULLED THEIR FINGER OUT FOR ME IN GIVING ME WHAT I NEEDED.

    Dont touch this company they are are a rip off take the fee and promise a loan within 7 days , still trying to get refund after 6 weeks have reported to fsa

    In responding to one of the other guests concerning the Wentworth interest rates, i got a loan from them at a rate of 23%. Now this was my first loan from them.

    I was advised that if i got another loan from them the rates would be lower providing i had made regular payments on my existing loan.

    One things for sure i'm going to make sure that i don't default on my existing loan that i have with wentworth.

    I have just reported Wentworth Direct finance to Watchdog. Please report them to stand a chance of maybe getting your money back. They are fraudsters, I was promised i had been approved for a loan at a rate of 15.2%, paid the £59, then got details of a loan at a rate of 59.8% and for £2000 less thatn i had already been 'approved' for. They scan all the phone numbers that you call from regarding your account and dont answer to you again, you will be kept in a queue sumtimes for over ...

    Hello ... ok so i applied for online on Monday night ... said on website that i had be provisionally approved but that someone will contact me... Tuesday at 1030 i get a call saying i had been approved ... no need for a any to gaurentee it for me etc on my behalf .. she took my bank details saying she would take the £59 fee from my account on fri ... wed morning i had a letter arrive asking for bank details and a postal order ...i called them asking why when i had been told they would debi ...

    Thank you to all the genuine reviewers of Wentworth on this site. I came very close to shelling out £60 and they were incredibly keen for me to do so. About ten phonecalls. I had to ask a lot of pressing questions to make them admit that their 'approving' me for a loan meant virtually nothing. They simply pass your details on to a loan company who then do a credit check on you and whether you get a loan depends on the outcome of that. A company called Loans4sure were running the same scam ...

    I've just got a loan with Wentworth at a rate of 19%.

    To be quite frank i set my self a challenge at getting a rate of less then 14%. Just after i got the loan with them i got my credit report which showed i had a couple of defaults.

    Hope to get these defaults satisfied which will enable me to get below 14%.

    Wentworth was just the ticket for me.

    I was impressed by their customer services department and happy with the loan.
    I would most definitely use their services again.

    This company is an absolute rip off, they lead you to believe that you have been accepted for a loan, they tell you that you have to pay a brokers fee of £55.00 to receive your loan, once paid you don't hear anything else. Then when you write to ask for your money back they send you a bunch of waffle, it is very difficult to get through on the head office number, you could be on the phone for 40 minutes, just to get to number one, then your cut off because everyones gone to lunch (this ha ...

    I DID EVENTUALLY GET A LOAN WITH WENTWORTH BUT WASN'T THAT HAPPY BECAUSE THE APR WAS 24%

    I received a call from Wentworth finance 2 days ago. Found it typical to have to pay £59 administration fee. Said it doesn't cost £59 for someone to put a letter in an envelope.
    Anyway, told them i'd call them back on Monday. The number is 01753 251 898. I noticed they don't give you this number on their website. It's a direct number. If you type it into Google, it also comes up with their address which is in Slough.

    I was satisfied and happy with the loan i got through using the wentworth loan service. I decided to use them because a friend of mine had been successful at getting a loan from them.

    I've heard good things not so good about this company. I must say though my experience with them was a good one and wouldn't hessitate to use them again.

    I did like their website and their easy application procedure.
