    Best carrot grater i know. why? Texture and taste of grated carrot exquisite. Easy to use, easy to clean.

    Mouliware Mouli Julienne - I've used this type product since I was a kid helping make pimiento cheese in my Mom's kitchen. I've worn out the medium grater blade on one over the years. Fearful they may become unavailable, I bought another online about 3 years ago. I rarely use the slicer or smallest grater disks, but the medium grater is indispensable when I make potato pancakes.

    Mouliware Mouli Julienne is a great kitchen tool for quick grating and slicing and better for the environment since it doesn't need electricity! My mom bought the original metal Mouli over 40 years ago. My first plastic one split back in the 80's. My replacement unit is still in excellent condition except for a blade that is rusting (after 20 years). I can't find any in the US to replace it!

    There is no other grater/processor that comes close to my mouli juienne.

    I should be distributing the Mouliware Mouli Julienne in Perth, Australia as no-one seems to know what they are here. I threw my handle out by mistake and have been trying ever since to get another proper mouli. All they have are these stupid side round things for cheese which are totally inadequate. Start approaching suppliers as I k now you used to distribute here years ago, just like the one you advertise.

    My mother won a Mouliware Julienne Mouli over 35 years ago playing a "Punch Card". When I married, I was able to talk her out of this kitchen gadget and have used it almost weekly for almost 29 years. I love my Mouli and would like to purchase two more. I want to give one to my daughter, who has tried for years to talk me out of mine, and I want another one for myself because mine has begun to show signs of rust on the legs and on the blades.     The Mouliware Mouli Julienne is great value for the money!!! I would highly recommend this product, over a small food processor, to everyone, because it is so much more versatile for small to large jobs. My small processor doesn't come close to being as handy, easy to use and easy to clean up, as my Mouli Julienne!!!

    I HIGHLY recommend everyone have one of these in their kitchen if they do any cooking at all...even a little!!!! Great product!!!
