Good Points: None
Bad Points: The car I was issued with was dirty and covered in dents, clearly in need of a service. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
General comments: Carjet misinformed me about the fuel policy of the company who they passed my booking to. As a result I paid for a full tank of fuel (90 Euro's) none of which was used. Their response has been to repeatedly blame the car hire company who are, in this case, in no way at fault.
Their "customer services" is all e-mail based. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Straight forward booking on internet, seamless at the airport at San Javier (Murcia), I waived the offer of extra insurance for wheel cover seemed pointless, its very rare to have problems with them, the staff were very helpful, I was given a small map of the carpark to pick up the car it was spot on.
The only gripe was on ordering a baby seat for my grandaughter, this was left outside the car, yes it is a small gripe but I thought it would have been better fitted, European seat belt and restra ...

Fuel charged extra, required to return empty means you end up returning the car with some paid-for fuel left in it - considering this is the cheapest hire I found by a big margin I see no problem with this. Optional 16 euro insurance for tyre/wheel damage only addition to result in 366 euros (£248) for 2 weeks hire inclusive of full tank of fuel. Can't beat it!

I had never driven abroad before, so I booked car hire through a UK company (broker). I searched the internet for the cheapest price and found Premier CarJet. I had never heard of them but the price seemed cheap, and the blurb was good, so I decided rather than book online, that I would ring them. The quotes online were very simple. I've never had any problems with Premier CarJet car rental, and I've been using them for well over 2 years now. I have always had excellent service anywhere in the world I have used them. I would recommend them to anyone, as they offer excellent value and service. 100% guaranteed every time!

Apart from the downright wrong fuel policy, I cannot fault the company. We had a free upgrade to a Citroen Picasso and it cost us £220 (with the fuel). We got the car at Granada Airport at the Europa depot (arranged through booking on the Premier Carjet website).

There is work going on at Malaga airport and this was the cause of delay when hiring a car with Premiercarjet.
A very good car and service, and I can them recommend to others.

I recently travelled to Alicante booking my car through Premiercarjet. Their website was so simple to use. No hassle of waiting for the post confirmation. It was issued almost immediately via the email. I had one slight problem when trying to amend the reservation online. However, after a quick call to the office it was efficiently modified in a minute.
Collection at Alicante went smoothly. The vehicles were of a great quality and standard. All in all a highly recommended service!
