Ordered a singing personalised birthday card from happy birthday to you.com on 7th November. It was not - and still has not been delivered although charge was made immediately on my credit card!
Despite 2 e-mails to the company asking what has happened to my order I have received absolutely no response - 6 days and counting!

I read the reviews on this company all of which seemed to be positive so i am extremely disappointed that my friend did not receive her e-card and am extremely unhappy with the lack of response from the company

Loved the idea of happybirthdaytoyou.com. A variety of cards to chose from and the the way the person's name is used. a simple, fun way to acknowledge someone's birthday especially in another country.

The customer service and help is very good. i will be using this service next year for Xmas cards as I usually don't get around to sending any. What a great way to ensure a card arrives on exactly the right day for a birthday.

Fantastic customer service at Happy Birthday To You. I had made some errors in email address in one greeting I sent and they helped me to correct this and redelivered at no further charge. Another time my sister deleted the greeting by mistake and again they redelivered free. Always quick to reply to emails and very friendly. Great product!

I had occasion to contact happybirthdaytoyou.com regarding late delivery of card, and the attention I received was excellent. Very very attentive. 1st class. I would definitely use the site again.

Found www.HappyBirthdayToYou.com, with lots of funny songs and animations. The site then records the song you choose with the persons name you are sending the card to within it. Very original and very personal. Love, love, love it.

The card I ordered and paid for did not arrive to the recipient.
Contact with the sellers by phone and internet was impossible.
I recommend choosing another seller!

I was looking for something different to send to a friend, and after hunting through the myriad of ecard websites I came across HappyBirthdayToYou.com.

What a brilliant site! You choose a character, and then you can upload a picture to show the face of whoever you are sending the card to, or a picture of yourself etc. You then enter their name and your details. HappyBirthdayToYou.com then record a song of your choice which contains the name of the recipient, and they then send a link to the ...
