    Bad Points: No quality of care about customer.


    General comments: As A Motability customer I had to drive to Jemca Kingston which is 20 miles out of my own area to have my MOT. The A3 was unexpectedly closed at my end so I had to come a different route to the one I had planned and ended up lost, driving in circles in unfamiliar territory. I was running very low on petrol and eventually pulled into a side road and phoned to ask if they could please direct me from there as i was apparently only a few minutes away. Was told .....cant help you....don't know this area...may as well go home and rebook.

    Overall we are very pleased with the car we got from Jemca Kingston Surrey (a pre reg corolla with less than 20 miles on the clock) and the buying process was very easy.

    We bought it in May 2005 but I have written this review now as I saw the one above and felt that you might like to hear from a very satisfied customer...I was looking up their telephone number to book a service!

    Jemca Kingston are just not interested in customer service. After buying a new car from them I had cause to complain about the poor state of the new car and the very poor service I received. Months later Jemca have not replied. I personally would not buy a car from this company ever again! Ask around before you buy from them. I wish I had.
