    excellent service all round from the many orders I have placed with them. For each order you usually receive a special discount code that gives an extra 10% off the next order! for a battery that's fairly cheap in the first place this only makes it better, and free sweet in every order to boot. Contacted by phone and same great service. have no problems recommending them.

    I have used this site several times and found them to be consistently cheap, reliable and helpful when I have needed to speak to them. They send batteries by Royal Mail so although I'm never at home to receive them I only need to pop down to the post office rather than some courier depot 15 miles away which is so often the case.     I was looking for a small camera battery, which I couldn't find in the shops any more. Not knowing much about Battery Force and reading the one positive review, I decided to order two batteries over the weekend. Not only were they prompt in their email notifications about ordering and dispatch of the product, but the batteries arrived on the Tuesday, perfectly wrapped, with an additional sweet thrown in too.     Outstanding service! Not once did I have to worry about anything to do with my order with Battery Force. I got an email to say that my order had been received and another saying that it had been packed and sent. Considering I ordered at 3:45pm, this is excellent customer service. I received my order the next day at 9:30am. One of the best things was I was able to send the order to my work address and not have to worry about being at home to receive the parcel.
