My experiance of buying a car from motor provider has left me wanting more, From the first greeting to the hand over was proffesional in every way and communication's flawless giving me step by step updates which filled me with the confidence i needed to feel I had made the correct choice of outlet in which to purchace my new car. I would certainly recommend Motor proveder to anyone with confidence.

The car was fine.Motor Provider are dreadful to deal with however, and will not follow up any complaint. See below.

The location means that you take the car on faith, it is registered to you prior to pick up so a challenge over any item is difficult.Did not get any v5c, or warranty documents or service documents.Worst of all 4 weeks later no excise licence so can't use it. DVLA now confirm no application made. The saving was not worth the grief.

I had similar experience. Motor Provider took all my details etc & then heard nothing. Dont email, they dont reply!Maybe they just collect peoples addresses? Seem to be a secret organisation - do they actually sell cars?

    Motor Provider has poor communications.

I had a whole days travel by train to get to the showroom. The taxi driver from station said that they had a good reputation - and I can now confirm this to be true. It was worth the travelling as I have saved several £1000's of pounds and have ended up with a car I really like. However, I had little option to challenge this on my arrival, as I had travelled so far and a return journey was unthinkable. Generally 9/10 - would have been happily 10/10 if not for V5C situation. I'd definitely ...

I will keep you all updated when I finally receive my car from Motor Provider. I have never brought from this company before but the reviews of people who buy cars in stock are fantastic my own experience is very frustrating and really not knowing if this car will ever arrive.

I was amazed, they turned my specific model/colour. Request around in two weeks and I picked it up and did the paperwork in 20 minutes.
They forgot to install the rear parking sensors, but sent back a cheque straight away. Great, honest company.
Please, no-one go to a local dealer any more... buying off the web is safe, quick and saved me £8000! (£6500 compared to the best dealer price!)

Service, care and support, I wish all companies where as good as Motor Provider, I kept looking over my shoulder thinking they were looking after somebody much more important than me. Would I buy from them again? - yes. Would I recomend them? - yes. OK it took a day to drive there and back - was it worth it? - yes. Go on save £6000 and buy yourself a holiday ( well several probably ). Why give it to the Renault dealer?

This is my Second Car from Motor Provider. Bought a Grand Espace and save £9000, and no complaints so far. I collect my car on the 03.03.2007 from their showroom at Sheffield Airport and saw and spoke to lots of other people collecting there new cars (all which seemed very happy). Never seen so many cars lined up all with sold stickers in. I wish they would build a showroom down south, then it wouldn't be as far to travel...

Here it is A BRAND NEW VW Golf GTI 200 (bragging rights) with 18" monza wheels

I ordered a Volkswagen Golf GTi 12 weeks ago to my own specification - it arrived last week. I was informed by the after-sales department when the car arrived to the exact day. I picked the car up from the Sheffield depot where the car was waiting in beautiful condition. All in all I loved the experience and now have a great car - a big thanks to all the team there for helping me to buy such a great value car (I saved £4000).

Found Motor Provider on the Internet - I specifically wanted a red Megane Cabriolet Privilege diesel and they actually had one arrive that day - apparently they had an impatient customer who couldn't wait more than 3 days for it. I am now driving the car waiting for the sun to come out, it's brilliant.

I rang up and ordered a Megane CC on the 27th November. "No worries, sir, that will be available in 2 weeks" says the salesman, as I was having a cancellation that was fortuitously available. So no choice of extras, colour etc but to get it in 2 weeks - seemed fair enough. I pay the deposit, then the delivery date changes to 2-3 weeks on the order form. Ho hum, I'll still have it before Christmas.
It's now the 7th January. I don't have my car. Every time I ring up, I have to be "called back" by ...

Great people, very helpful and very good value. We have just bought a brand new Grand Scenic from Motor Provider. Same price as the one offered by our local Renault dealer for a one year old car with less options ! Would definitely recommend !
