I ordered glasses for my wife via the website. A couple of hours later I got a call from Posh Eyes to clarify some details and was advised that the order would take 2 weeks. I asked whether there was any chance of speeding it up a bit as we were going to be on holiday and it would be nice if Elena could have her new glasses before we went away. 8 days later another phone call - glasses are ready and would I like to have a next-day delivery or did I want to take a chance with 1st class post? ordered my glasses at posh eyes, very straightforward and simple, received email about a week later that my galsses had been dispatched and i received them the day after the email, the glasses were exactly what i had ordered, i had been looking for a good frame for awhile in various high street opticians, but the prices some were wanting to charge for the high index lenses were ridiculous, so when i found the frames i liked i just asked the shop what number the frames were and copied down the nu ...

The gentleman I speak to when I telephone to discuss my order or order additional items is always very helpful and efficient. This company was the cheapest for my varifocal contact lenses. I also had a problem with my glasses over the summer and they ordered and dispatched my contact lenses within a matter of days.

I would have liked them to follow up the fact that I had not realised I needed to sign and post some paperwork to them when I made my first order. A call or email reminder would ...

At first I was dubious about placing an online order for something as personal as a pair of prescription glasses, however the trial frame service helped give confidence. Customer service via telephone was good, although communication on progress while the order was being made up was sparse - more frequent status updates would have been nice.

In summary: good customer service, delivery slightly longer than expected not helped by lack of progress communication, but £100 cheaper than my loca ...

Very recommended. Got specs within 1 week. Saved 100 pounds over Specsavers too. Great quality despite complex prescription. Would recommend to other friends. Initially sceptical but would have no hesitation in buying again from posh eyes. Helps to know what you're doing. (I'm a consultant ophthalmologist) but they will guide you through the ordering process and make sure you're ok.

I have used Posh Eyes twice now, once by telephone and recently via email on the back of my 1st order. I like them because they are very straight forward and honest in their approach, managing my expectations and not letting me down. Would recommend and use them again.

I was looking for some specific specs (snooker) and as Specsavers seem to have discontinued these, I searched the web and decided to go with Posh Specs.
I rang them to discuss my requirements and whoever it was that I spoke to made my mind up that this was the company to go with.
He was most helpful and ran through every aspect of my prescription with me.
Their standard delivery is 14 days, but I received mine in 7 days.
Would definitely go back to Poash Specs if the need arises in future. ...

I had ordered the wrong contacts by mistake and Posh Eyes picked up on it, rang my optician and sorted it all out. They were very professional and helpful

I ordered my lenses over the phone from Posheyes. The service I received was excellent, particularly as I live in Sweden. My lenses arrived in Sweden with no problem within a week. I can highly reccomend Posheyes.

very beautiful top quality glasses for the box as well very nice;
fits with pictures and descriptions
arrived in forcasted period
quality/price perfect
Bad points
not sure that the Distance Pupille has been respected as demanded in the shipping area
while ordering no possibility to ask for different DP
eg: DP Total = 61 DPRight= 30 DPleft= 31
dus strange sensation while wearing , maybe have to wait to adapt the vision

The service recieved from Posh Eyes was second to none. The glasses were delivered on time and are of a high quality. They are perfect. Everything about the service was curtious and prompt and all in all I have saved over £120 on the same product from the high street. I would and have gladly recomended Posh eyes to friends and will be using the service myself again in the future.

I had previously worn only single vision lenses and now need varifocals.I required a thinner lens also and had been quoted in excess of £450 on the high street.I was a little wary about purchasing online but needn't have worried.
They took measurements and advised me on lens types. My glasses were ordered on Monday and I received them the following Tuesday. They were fab, the quality was excellent and I saved a minimum of £100.

In all respects, the service was excellent. Communication was timely and helpful, and the product was perfect. There were no weaknesses in this transaction, and I intend to make another purchase from Posh Eyes.
