  Bad Points: Report less than useless

  General comments: I recently had an RAC Essentials vehicle check. I found it to be a complete waste OF £124-00 +£10-00 verbal report. If you look on the P. Fisherman web site you will see listed over 190 check points, however when you receive the report there are only 12 and unless there is a fault of prominence the box is EMPTY. After I complained of this I was advised I should have had the more expensive Essentials Plus report.
