We have just picked up a BMW estate from Pearls which we are very happy with. I found the sales team very helpful and informative and especially intersted in making sure the vehicle suited our needs.

I would recommend Pearls very highly for a no nonsense,easy purchase and with the RAC inspection already carried out made us feel very comfortable buying.

There were two things we wanted doing to the car a very minor scuff on the bumper and some light scratches polished out.
These were done when we came to pick the car up the next day as promised and the bumber scuff had been done brilliantly.

We do not knoiw much about cars but Pearls made us feel very relaxed and did everything we asked of them.

I was recently looking for a Mercedes and found that Pearl of Wokingham had a nice selection so we popped down to have a browse.
We found a lovely example of a Mercedes CLK with Satellite Navigation and the car had already been RAC Inspected which gave us total confidence.
We found them very easy to talk to and I felt that from start to finish all went very smoothly.

We bought a car from Pearl of Wokingham before christmas, we were told that the car had just come in and they were going to do some work on it before it was sold. We had a test drive with a salesman who told us there were two sets of keys, the wheels would be sorted out, all little dents would be fixed, all paintwork would be touched up and the bonnet struts would be replaced. We went to pick up the car the following week (the saturday before chirstmas) only to find one set of keys ( £150 ...

I was advised by a colleague to go to Pearl of Wokingham to look for a car, and I wasn't let down. The sales consultant who showed me their portfolio was not only helpful, but assisted me when it came down to cost. Overall, I left with exactly the right car for me, and compared to what is on the market place at present, I have got more than value for money.

I will certainly go back when I want to buy another car!!

Went just to browse, found a great car, salesman insisted on driving during the test drive, and was full on the whole time. Like an idiot, I put a deposit down, but next day changed my mind. Didn't get deposit back, (serves me right for being a prat) management totally bad to deal with and couldn't care less about the customer. Avoid like the plague!

I bought a car from Pearl of Wokingham 5 months ago and they gave me the wrong front for the CD player. Despite many phone calls, all they have managed to do is send me another wrong model, and I still can't use the CD player properly as the display is illegible. Once they had my money, they lost interest in being helpful, and have effectively told me they are going to do nothing about it.
