I went on a snorkeling trip to Fiji and had a great time - in part due to the scopoderm patches I used for the first time. All of the adventures required a small boat trip to the reef for snorkeling. On one occasion the ocean was quite choppy and the boat ride would have normally made me woosy, and probably really sick. At least 2 others tossed their cookies on that ride. I considered it the acid test and I didn't feel bad at all. I was fine on a somewhat rocky 4 hour ferry ride, too, and a... (read more)

Having used the patches on odd occasions in the past I happily used 3, back to back, on a horrendous 17 transatlatic trip. Each patch was on for about 5 days - beyond stated 72 hours efficacy. Three days after leaving the ship I remembered my patch and removed it. Within an hour I was suffering nausea and feeling awful. Took to my bed which I swear was moving with the (non existent!!) waves. I struggled like this for 4 days. NHS Direct said 'Oh it will probably pass.' Eventually replaced... (read more)

I took a cruise in January and had terrible motion sickness. My husband and I won a cruise and I read a lot of great reviews about the Scopoderm 1.5 mg patch, so I ordered it. However, what everyone fails to tell you is that you really should refrain from drinking alcohol with the patch since it increases side effects. I applied the patch 5 hours before the cruise, and did not experience any motion sickness. I had 2 glasses of Chardonnay during dinner, and then went to sleep. At night I... (read more)

Nobody is remarking on the side effects. Yes it was brilliant while at sea for 2 weeks only slight side effects, but 4 months ill after using this patch on 2 different occasions and ending up in A&E not worth it. The only thing that helped me to get through the ordeal was medication for MENIERS disease. Look at web sites for Transderm Scop patches and see what I mean. Cruise companies are deniyng knowing about the problems some people are having with this patches you also have to fill in... (read more)

I get sea sick and no other travel sickness remedy has worked for me like Scopoderm patches. I put on the patch before sailing from UK over to Ireland and did not feel ill at all. I did the same thing on the way back with no problems. It does make you very thirsty so drink plenty of fluids or keep some sweets in your pocket. (read more)

I get motionsick constantly due to a very poor balance. If I use one of the scopoderm travel sickness patches I can finally feel like a normal person when I'm on a plane. I have not been getting any side effects at all.
They're slightly expensive compared to the pills you can get, but works so much better, so it's worth the money in the end.

The Scopoderm Travel Sickness Patch is the only thing i've ever found that worked for my flight sickness - amazing! I do get side effects of dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth which last quite a while after, but for me it's definitely still worth it if you suffer badly like I did. (read more)

My children will not travel without first having a patch applied. It's quick, easy and not a chore like trying to make them swallow pills or finding the correct part of the wrist to apply a band.
Absolutely fantastic product.

Absolutely marvellous! I was concerned about going on a cruise as I am a very bad sea traveller but with a Scopoderm patch behind my ear it's as if travel sickness never existed. I can enjoy each cruise with confidence. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in my situation. (read more)

I am a very very bad traveller, and have used all the recommended remedies and a few old ones ie sitting on brown paper and a spoonful of sugar, but nothing worked.. until scopoderm. Oh my what a relief, I can now travel without the constant sickness. I have found it made me slightly drowsy but then that's no bad thing. I would recommend them. (read more)

I have always suffered from travel sickness on car, boat or plane, and I must have used every product going; half not working, and the other making me so tired that going with children wasn't good. The Scopoderm Travel Sickness Patch 1.5mg is fab! I put it on the night before travel, and slept with it on, then off we went. I didn't feel sick, tired or anything. I felt just like me, which obviously, after using a few times with the same effect, the pressure of me being wound up about... (read more)
