I give one point only because the water does come through my taps when I turn it on!! Anglian Water Services Ltd has the unusual form of billing that seems to require a certain amount of telepathy as despite asking for my meter to be read again and again over a period of 12 months and being promised on each occasion that it would take 2 weeks it was only when I refused to pay the bill on the 13th month they actually performed this relatively easy task.
