    I ordered 2 bags on an afternoon and they arrived the next morning. All as promised.

    The backpack I bought became faulty so I asked Epacks customer services if I could return the bag for repair/replacement.

    They refused and said I had to send it directly to Jansport.

    I called Jansport and asked for a postal address for them and they informed me that I could return the bag directly to them, but this was unusual, and they would be speaking to Epacks because they were not happy about them asking their customers to return goods directly to them.
