Ice didn't leave white residue on the black trim parts. I even put it on the entire trim with no issues. It is easy to use and leaves a great shine! Sometimes it leaves some 'streaks' but the streaks came off easy with another clean dry microfiber cloth. (read more)

Maybe Ice works better in direct sun light but in the shade I couldn't see where I had put it or if I had gotten it off. It streaks on the paint and on the rubber. Though there is no white residue on rubber. It does put a nice shine on the paint but is called a polish and doesn't remove bugs etc.. At $16 a bottle... I'm not impressed. (read more)
