Great service and excellent value for money from voovit. My boxes were delivered in Spain 3 days after being picked up and everything (boxes and goods) arrived in perfect condition. I was on a budget and I kind of expected things not to go as smoothly as they did but I was surprised at the good quality of the service and I would recommend it to anyone without a doubt!

My experience with VoovIt was excellent. My boxes were collected on a Tuesday at 2pm in the UK and arrived in Spain on Friday same week. As I was on a budget and the service is good value I kind of expected them to arrive later than that but I was surprised it was all so quick and everything arrived in perfect condition (boxes and all the goods inside).
I recommend this service to anyone as it's great value for money and have no complaints about it whatsoever!

Very good and quick service. Boxes delivered quickly, packed boxes picked up and delivered in the mornings leaving me the rest of the day free. Boxes very good quality.

From the first contact, everything went very smoothly. The boxes arrived at home 3 days after I placed the order. I was able to give notice only 20 hours before I wanted the boxes picking up and they where there on the dot. My boxes arrived to Spain within a week!! Amazing!! Voovit is a great service!!

Voovit was great because the whole process was easy from start to finish. It was cost effective, they kept in touch, they did what they said they'd do and delivered everything safely and on time. I'd use them again!

Not good for student have to wait really long for collection 10.30 - 5.30 you cannot call or track where the van is and you would not know even if they came and left without your notice. have been waiting for 6 hours and never arrived.

Having shipped with other companies previously, it was a joy to use Voovit. I was extremely happy using Voovit to get my Items from the UK to Australia. They were the cheapest option I came across and was worried about what the service would be like. I was amazingly surprised. Any questions I had were promptly answered by the Voovit team. I found Voovit to be the quickest, most efficient and reliable way of sending a box from the UK to Australia. It was simple and best of all...a much cheaper option than everything else out there! I would use them again in a flash!!

Voovit were fantastic! The website was easy to use, the email contact was quick and friendly. We kept expecting there to be hidden costs or for the process to get difficult, but it never did. From door to door there was not a problem. I would highly recommend Voovit to everyone. Thanks guys!

Voovit were fantastic! The website was very user friendly and the service we received via email was always quick and friendly. I kept expecting there to be a catch, or for the process to become difficult at each step, but from door to door we did not have one problem! I would highly recommend Voovit to anyone else who was wanting to ship their personal effects. It was so much easier than we had expected. Thanks Guys!!!

Sent 8 boxes from Cardiff to Central S. Italy. Boxes collected on time and arrived in Italy without any damage or problems 4-5 days later. Compared or services and prizes and Voovit was definitely best value for money. If anything we under-packed since 30 kg per box is ample to ship anything. Shipped 8 boxes to Sydney. The agent was able to give advice about how to do the customs clearance and about picking the boxes up in Mascot. Took about 3 hours but saved a pot of money, even with the 200 dollars you have to pay the agent. Voovit are the cheapest out there and offer a really good service. A+++ recommended.

I moved three boxes from the UK to the Netherlands with Voovit. Apart from unavoidable delays due to inclement weather and an unfortunate mis-communication with the courier company that necessitated a re-booking and a charge for the same, I was completely satisfied with the service I got for the money I paid - efficient and professional service, patient and helpful staff.

Sent 10 boxes and 5 other pieces of luggage from London to Paris. Everything arrived in good order. The customer service was quick and efficient, very reactive to questions or requests for clarification via email. Definitely a recommend. I will use again if an occasion presents itselfPlease note though - you have to do your own packaging and labeling, which is part of the deal as it's what makes the service less expensive than the one of similar companies.

I've used a few courier companies and I've never had such good quality boxes as with Voovit, these really are the best out there. Its like a wooden crate its so tough. The delivery (Edinburgh to Devon) was much like the rest but at these prices and this quality of box I can't see me using anyone else in future.

I was back in London for the weekend to complete my packing, having arranged the boxes to be delivered with Voovit to my sister's place beforehand. I filled in the forms online on Sunday evening, paid the balance and booked the collection. I attempted to ship back 5 boxes from Amsterdam to London. Voovit were unable to confirm the order on the site and I had to communicate my order via email. I felt that at times they were unprofessional, disorganized, unclear and some staff even rude. When attempting to get some form of telephone number rather than simply email consistently ignored my direct questions. Competetive price, excellent service. Boxes arrived for packing on agreed date, packed boxes were uplifted from Germany for shipping on agreed date and were delivered to the UK in good order and within a few days. Staff were friendly and helpful re a website problem. Would recommend.
