“Screen repair iPad ”

★★★★☆

written by on 01/08/2016

iPad Air 2 glass screen was cracked but the screen still playing it was just getting through and the touch screen started to jump through options! Quote were around £140 but elite phones could repair at £69.99 (Realised later as it was not too clear that VAT will be on top of this price). Easy to deal with fast and efficient phone call sent shipping details and sent by UPS. Then got worried after reading the reviews and everything is up front payment wise but never used before so gave them the benefit of my doubt! God only system for tracking then informed repair done and need to pay. Upfront to release for delivery! Came when it said checked out fine looks as new no unsightly glue or edges am very happy with it and nothing else seems wrong so I do recommend them from my experience!

I read the reviews after sending my iPad here and horrified i was. I had a cracked screen and non working iPad. The one they returned ddnt look like mine! It was anew but differently and now everything on it works. They claim something happened in transit and that they rectified it but I can pay to have it returned. I trust them as they fixed it, having read other comments. Just posting wrong comments about these guys! There are different things on it now too and the case is very shiny now.

“Ok, they did the job and my phone is fixed. ”

Found them online, as I had cracked my Xperia Z1 screen. Quoted £99.99. Yes VAT isn't included, but that was clear in the price. Paid £17.50 and sent it off. Took about a week in all, but most delay was due to UPS courier being an idiot. The actual final price was £135.00 as they had to repair the whole touch screen. I was very worried as read all these bad reviews before I sent it off, and all their emails and website had quite a few spelling errors which didn't fill me with confidence. But got my phone back, all repaired, looks good, works, so was all good in the end. I would probably use them again so my worries about these reviews weren't warranted after all.

It was just a shame than the initial contact took so long because of some email problems at their side. Otherwise great service, and I am very pleased with it.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note II phone. I was using it okay soon after purchasing it but suddenly I am not able to login. When put on it goes direct to the Samsung Galaxy Welcome screen and then POP messages come on for all Applications with the pop up messages as follows: "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." Ok. This pop up messages comes on for several other applications. How do get the phone working normal again? Regards
