How can this bunch of crooks get away with it - they took money from me for some service I didn't ask for. I didn't even know what I was being charged for. Its so unfair. Don't go near them.

I do not recommend zingtones, I topped up £10 on my phone this morning and have had 5 messages from them in one day charging me £1.50 per message, as far as I am aware I never subscribed to this and when I text stop they carried on sending me them, it seems endless, eventually rang O2 and hopefully they will be able to sort it.

The amount of credit that has been striped from my phone is so annoying for me, just now I credited 20 quid, and I had non stop text after text till I only have 50 pence left now, I have sent stop after stop to them, and now am geting texts from another company... how does it end? Not recomended at all from me!

I do not recommend this ringtone website.
They have took my phone credit as far as I am aware, and I have not been able to download I ringtone yet as far as I am aware. I have had to change my sim card in order to stop my credit loss. Therefore I do not recommend Zing Tones.

I experienced it when £3 off my credit had gone and an SMS message informed me of it. It subscribed me without my knowledge as far as I am concerned. I was angry so I called the number for unsubscribing and I unsubscribed. The call cost me another few quid and therefore I do not recommend Zing Tones.tv.

They have sent me text messages (3 in the last two days) asking for me to go to their website to check out the latest ringtones and they are charging me £1.50 for these texts as far as I am concerned.
Do not like the website and have found the customer services to be very unhelpful. I do not recommend zing tones.tv

Last night I topped my sons phone up with 15 pound and still at half eleven money was disappearing of his phone and I cant think of any other reason but because we bought a ringtone of Zing Tones, even though we sent stop after the first text as far as I am concerned. My son is 9 years old and doesn't know what it is, can someone comment me with details of how to stop this.

My advice is to not use Zing Tones, I rang my mobile company they will tell you what to do if you are experiencing the same problem as me... I got caught out by them I sent decline to them and stopped all messages I was paying for!

Dont recommend Zing Tones. Don't make the same mistake I did. I would not believe them again if they said I can get a "free Text". As I felt there were strings attached, where in my opinion they basically take money of my mobile.

Do not subscribe to this! Then even when you unsubscribe, Zing Tones keep sending you advertisement messages, which cost YOU £1.50 each. Every time you top up, they take credit. Reckon they owe me about £30 now. You'll end up having to buy a new Sim to get rid of them.

People avoid this Zing Tones site, most true tones are none compatible and they continue to charge, even after unsubscription. Avoid, a truly awful site!!

Zing Tones Customer Service Helpline is very poor. The Realtones are recorded tunes from a radio, and the information regarding the free ringtone is misleading!
