    Well it was my first time in Greece, Zakynthos, Laganas resort and loved every minute of it. The locals are great and friendly, made you feel welcome the moment you're there. Yes it could be because you got the money but I also think that they are more polite then majority of other people. Will be going back next year.

    The management and staff (all round) were great, no FAB. They are able to make everyone feel at home and welcome, no favouritism. They spoke to the elderly and young ones as equal. I will be recommending this hotel to all. Food was great, the atmosphere was brilliant!!!

    No bad points about the hotel or resort but I would like to add that before going on any holiday find out as much information about the holiday or resort as possible as some of the reviews some people seemed disappointed which is no fault to the hotel or staff!

    Enjoyed the holiday but would never go back to this hotel Perkes. Go there if you want to only sleep there cos the conditions of the rooms you couldn't stay there any longer any way. Hotel put this holiday down and will be complaining to Thomas cook about it

    Good points at Perkes Hotel is the pool. Bad points, the room, our view, the dogs of the owner which barked through the night and kept us awake, the toast and the customer service. Was an OK holiday but wouldn't go back

    Laganas was a really good resort, loads of pubs and clubs. Plenty of eating places and shops, locals really friendly. Hotel is not 500m from the beach, it is a lot further. If your face didn't fit you knew about it. They made you feel out of place and not very welcome. Great place. I would recommend Laganas for a good holiday either to party or relax, I would not recommend this hotel though.

    The holiday resort was excellent, and there were loads of bars and clubs. Laganas is an ideal location for young lively people. The Perkez Hotel was the downfall. The staff were great, but the management lacked customer service skills.
