The car i bought broke down the day after i got it then two weeks later.on both occasions they could not find the fault of why it kept going into limp mode. Now it has broke down again. The garage its in at moment found the problem straight away.i asked for a refund after seeking legal advice but they refused. So i will not reccemmend them or buy another car from them ever again.

"We don't discount cars". this was their response when I asked about a reduction when purchasing a car with no trade-in. Salesmane tried to hard to be friendly, basically came across as a bit of an idiot. Treated my wife like 'the little woman' she quite insulted by his misogynistic approach to car sales. Borderline aggressive (mainly rude) when pressed on a discount. Negotiation skills amounted to wandering off leaving myself and wife to "talk about it" spent the time talking about opinion of skills of salesman rather than car. Salesman lied about taking to manager regarding discount (watched him walk outside and return 5 minutes later having not visited managers office.) Spoke to manager regarding discount. Had "Cleaning and preparation fee" taken off price and discount given. No problem with car. Big problems with bad attitude of sales staff. Felt Car was still overpriced by about £500. however, sure that UnbeatableCar will say otherwise.

More communication needed to keep customer up to date with delivery of your car I am very pleased with the diamond polish system my neighbour was very impressed

My wife and I went to your Crawley base today Friday 30 May at about 2.30pm to specifically look at Nissan Quasquai cars. We eventually found four or five in the outside area and were disgusted with the condition of the vehicles on display. The interiors were dirty, torn seat, old coffee cup and plastic water bottle in the cupholders, facias and upholstery marked and dirty. We spoke to a member of staff who appeared equally embarrassed and more or less said there were too many cars and not enough staff to clean them. Bad show. We have bought from you before but unless things improve, never again. As we left there were 4 or 5 sales people standing about doing nothing and could be better employed maybe cleaning cars. Only one spoke to us and we relayed our disgust to him.

I went to the Billingshurst site and they were fantastic, couldn't recommend them enough. Then the car had to be taken.to Crawley for checks, service and an MOT. Well for starters the reception rarely answer the phone and clearly don't listen to the message saying contact me on the landline (followed by the number) as a message was left on the landline. And I felt the receptionist was a bit knackered considering I just wanted to know when.I was getting my car as it was going through the workshop, I was told still 7-10 working days which is fair enough but don't keep repeating the collection days and times at me if you don't know when I can collect my car and I haven't asked, if I wanted to know I would ask! The next bit is I know they say 7-10 working days and I realise it's a very busy place and it might not be touched for a day or 2 but 7 days to do 3 things to one car? I'm just very disappointed considering how happy I should be about getting a new car.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and given a stock list. The cars are laid out in a huge warehouse plus located outside the building. They have a huge selection of over 750 cars. Most popular models have a choice in excess of 10 to choose from. However, the prices are not much better than dealer prices and there's no haggling. Plus a mandatory charge of approx. £100 to get your car ready for collection should you decide to buy a car. For example they may have the same make/model/year/colour car except with mileage differences of between 10,000 & 40,000 miles but all showing the same price. In summary - friendly place where you can test drive any car very easily, but better deals can be had elsewhere.

Very annoyed. Sold car witout service book. Staff misled us.

Staff extremely friendly and knowledgable about the cars they are selling.
Being a lone female I was anticipating some hard sell from the salesman but this was not the case.
Test drives are offered freely and you can test drive as many cars as you like.
Paperwork quick and easy and although I didn't need finance they had a good knowledge of what was available to me.
Took a while for the car to be ready for me to collect,(they quote 7-10 days,I waited almost 3 weeks)but when it was ready it had received a full service and had been cleaned inside and out and a couple of minor scratches had been touched up.
Since having it home I have had an issue with the passenger side electric window not going up and brakes screeching.I took the car back today and the brakes have been cleaned (they are new and need bedding in,hence the squeel) and a new motor has been ordered for the window!
Very happy with my experiance and the aftercare I have received from all at Jeffries farm.
