I have just bought a 6 month old car from Jefferies Farm - UnbeatableCar from their Crawley Car Supermarket
I had been and browsed there before and had often been tempted because its like an Aladdin's cave, everywhere you turn there's another nice car. We were looking for a particular type of car, so we decided to look at their website UnbeatableCar.com to see if they had any in stock. We found the site very simple to use, but also clear and informative, we managed to narrow down our choice before driving to the site. When we went to look at the car, the salesmen didn't come and 'hound' you (as they seem to do everywhere else), they left you to look around, and when you did want to look at a particular car, they would give you all the details service history ect, and then offered to let us test drive the car, in fact, you can test drive as many cars as you like, we test drove 3 and were able to park them side by side to compare- Excellent!
There wasn't a lot of room for haggling the price, I was told this is because the price of the car is so low any way ( I have since checked against Autotrader, and they were right, Jefferies farm were cheaper by a long shot) I was offered book price for my car, which actually wasn't too bad, they also did tell us that it was ok to try to sell our part ex privately to see if we could get any get more money, as they don't earn any money from our old car they were not bothered if we were able to sell it privately, ( to be honest i didn't want the agro!!)There was finance offered, but again you weren't pushed into taking out this finance, if you politely said no the salesman was fine!!
Picking up the car was a breeze, although we weren't given a spare key, as the previous owner had lost it (and they didn't have spare ones as they aren't FORD dealer, but I went to my nearest ford dealers anyway and got one cut for £45, but I got it at such a bargain price that I couldn't grumble all that much (although I tried)
All in all, buying from UnbeatableCar was fantastic and so easy, ok it wasn't like buying from a main dealer there wasn't a bunch of flowers on the passenger seat and I wasn't spoken to buy a smooth talking salesman in an Armani suit, they are more Tesco's than Marks and Spencer, but all said and done, I would definitely go back to them again to look for my next car. It was easy and no pressure, and very good value for money.

Jeffries Farm car supermarket Crawley. 'unbeatable.com'
The cars were mostly in good condition. The system is that you obtain a list of all cars currently on site. This shows you the car mileages. Each car displays a number and you locate the details from the number on the list. Only thing is, they are not listed in a numerical order! Neither are the cars in a row that corresponds with the order on the list! Why not just put the details in a window of the actual car! It was very annoying.

Appauling service, do not buy a car from Jefferies Farm, you get passed through 3 different sales people, and what you have agreed with the sales man is completely changed by the time you go to collect your car, half the things were not done to my car as agreed, i agreed to buy the car under the pretence that the car would have a full mot, full service all 4 tyres changes, valet and bodywork done, and my car would be ready on friday. i get a call to say it will be ready mid next week (thursday) ...

I went to look at a specific car, which had a leather interior, but , unfortunately it had just been sold. I was interested in another model which was more expensive at £13,000, and while I was looking at it, I happened to mention to the salesman that, ideally I would have preferred a leather interior, and his response was" in that case you'd better go and find one" in a sarcastic tone as he turned away from me.
I had been warned by several former customers of Jefferies Farm about their a ...

I bought an Audi A3 at Jeffries Farm for over £11K. I paid the deposit and waited about 10 days for it to be ready. I was very confident as they made a big point of the "143 point check" they do. When I picked it up it was clean and ran ok but within 24 hours I realised there was a problem with the clutch vibrating, and other interior and exterior features were not repaired as I had requested. They took the car back immediately to fix all these things which is good but I have now been wa ...

Jefferies Farm West Sussex has lots of selection, although mostly basic ex-company vehicles. We tested vehicle and were allowed a lot of time to inspect it, although the lighting in the warehouse is not ideal for inspecting the state of the cars. The process was relatively painless, however no mention of the 'prepare for sale' fee as we negotiated price. Also they could not evidence a full service history on the car. Part exchange price was poor and no real flexibility in the quoted prices. We ...

I have purchased two cars from Jefferies Farm and I have to say if your uncertain exactly what make or model it is you want, then this is the place for you it is great because you can compare all sorts of cars. However, do your homework first. The salesmen are very helpfull and not at all pushy but because they have so many different makes they arnot going to know everything about every car because they are not specialists. Pile em high and sell em cheap is what they do here, and they are very g ...

I have never been to a car supermarket before but was pleasantly suprised. The salesman were very helpful and polite, not at all pushy. The choice was exceptional, over 800 cars to choose from at extremely good prices. The cars were lined neatly in size rows so it was easy to find what I was looking for. I was really chuffed with the deal I got plus I thought my bank had offered me a good deal on finance but jefferies farm managed to beat it and save me more money. A really pleasureable experie ...

I bought a Ford Focus for £5000 from Jeffries farm in West Sussex.
Afterwards, I had to spend £100 for new windscreen due to leaking water through the car pedals (wet feet)!
    Headgasket £450.
    No spare tyre, £50.
    No service, £150.
Car over-revs and needed adjusting for £30.

Major issue over establishing whether a warranty existed on a car I bought. Manufacturers said there was one, Jefferies didn't tell me and were happy to take my money. Got a refund, but am still out off pocket as I effectively borrowed the cost of the insurance. My fault I suppose, but I would have expected them to give me the full story.

Thank God someone has taken on the main dealers at their own game and beaten them for once, it's like Tescos did with Levi Jeans, Jefferies Farm are doing with cars. You can go to Jefferies Farm with the knowledge that what ever you buy, it's going to be a good deal, they are always cheaper than anyone else, and the quality if first class.

The car I purchased was several thousand pounds cheaper than I could get anywhere else, it's in tip top condition and I got a brilliant deal on the finance ...

Salesman at Jefferies Farm was courteous when dealing with me, I didn't give him an easy time though! Had to finance part of the balance and got 6.9% APR which was better than my bank, that surprised me. Thought dealers make money from selling finance, obviously not the case anymore?

I had to place an initial deposit of £500 to secure this car which I thought was good considering I was spending over £15,000 on the vehicle. I expected them to take every last penny out of me. That ...

The car was a good price (03 Focus - £5600), but Jefferies Farm added £51 for compulsory 'get ready'. I was told 7 to 10 days for collection and it was actually 16. No one bothered to call us to explain. Excuse? I'm waiting for DVLA to provide re-registering, but would be ready for 9am Monday morning (DVLA 30 miles away), so I could not pick up on Saturday.

They tried to charge 1.5% for credit card payments, but had been told by salesman, definitely no extra charge. I had to ...

Selection and range of cars at Jeffries Farm is impressive as it is all under a single roof.
Finance and insurance etc can be processed on the spot with minimal delay and fuss - You can actually select and finance a car in probably less than 20 mins!
