Good Points: None as far as I am concerned.
Bad Points: I sent my CV to Blue Arrow in Birmingham by e-mail and I attached a read receipt. As far as I am aware I have not yet received a reply. I do not recommend Blue Arrow as an recruitment agency.
General comments: Unhelpful in my opinion. As far as I am aware they have not yet tried to contact me.
I will let people know about this experience and I do not recommend Blue Arrow to anyone looking for a recruitment agency.

I submitted my CV following a visit to the Exeter office, waited a week and heard nothing. I called the office and asked to speak to the person I had dealt with on my visit, they were not available so I left my number and was promised a call back that afternoon, no call. Went for an interview at Blackburn job center when they offered me the job then a week later rang to inform me that they had lost the contract but would ring again in the near future to which they did offer me 16hrs when they knew I wanted full time. Despite the agency knowing I was waiting to hear the results of an interview for a role I was particularly keen on they never bothered to let me know I did not have the job! I had to contact them several times to find out! I was fobbed off and not once communicated with. This is only half the story but I want to make people aware that these practises are not only extremely unfair on those of us searching for work but very unprofessional.
