    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: Terrible customer service, in fact, I've never come across any other company that is so bad.


    General comments: This company is a disgrace. They never respond to emails, phone calls or messages. I would not recommend Your-Soft or it's products to anyone.

    I bought Yoursoft's YourAff software, an affiliate script package earlier this month. Included in the package was a free installation, wherein their techs would login to my webserver and install them. I sent them $99 via Paypal (credit card payment, thank God) )for these scripts and this service.

    It turns out I spent $99 in order to have my time wasted, and nothing more. Yoursoft never implemented the scripts on my server, nor responded adequately to the emails I sent them (repeated emails, 6 ...
