“Here today gone tomorrow. ”

Here today gone tomorrow.
Just for the record, PC world have also discontinued Cannon BJC 21 ink cartridges too it seems.
In the motor industry a manufacturer has to keep spares for 10 years after production has ended but IT equipment suppliers appear to have a short life throw away mentality.

Very disappointing and was not happy with the sales team therefore I do not recommend PC Line CD Labelling Kit.

“I bought the PC LINE case inserts in PC World without...”

I bought the PC LINE case inserts in PC World without reading in small letter that it was "for use with the pc labeling kit", so basically they want you to buy two things if you just want one. No way, I measured with a ruler and worked fine. But the worst thing is the quality of all their jewel cases. I bought 2 packs of 25 slim Jewel cases and got one for free. Guess what, the cases could not hold any CDs or DVDs. Every time I put it upside down the CD inside fell loose.. I went and changed for the only ones they had: thick jewel cases, so I tried these and now I find that the cases themselves are falling apart! 0 points for quality in my opinion and do not recommend PC Line CD Labelling Kit.

“Bought the PC Line CD Labelling Kit in January 07 from...”

Bought the PC Line CD Labelling Kit in January 07 from my local PC World. The CD labelling programme is easy to use but uses a label layout that is mis-aligned. Most generic labels have the disc's central to the page this system has them in opposite corners of an A4 sheet. This means that standard refill packs do not work with this programme. Shortly after buying the kit PC World ran out of stock of the replacement label packs. 10 months later and the label packs are still not in stock. I've visited dozens of PC World stores and looked on their website and been unable to by the labels I need. PC world continue to sell the kit's though.

Lee,

I too bought one of the labelling kits today and was looking for replacement labels. I read your post and started to worry that it was a waste of money but I looked at the package and found a website which has replacement labels. Check it out for yourself.

I had the same problem until I realised that PC Line use the press IT format, you can buy these in most shops - I just got 500 for £11.50 on ebay a dam sight cheaper than PC World.
