    Bad Points: Print head assembly


    General comments: I kept getting the error message 41. I tried to replace the print head or the part that they say would fix that error, but it was not as easy as all that and now the entire thing is is a big mess. The entire assembly should be replaced at their expense

    I bought Brother DCP4020C on the recommendation of a dealer who also sold other products and thought that on this basis he would suggest the best.however you can not be sure of a dealers reasons(profit margins?) the best recommendations probably come from users
