The stuff this shop sells is basically cheap c*ap - I have just tried to take a necklace back that I wore for one day which broke near the clasp. I have noticed that all their nacklaces have fancy stones but very thin ncklaces to hold them... that is where the savings are. This is the secind one i have had break on me and they were only worn for a short amount of time. When I tried to return it i was told ' we do advise you not to wear them every day'. So basically they are not fit for their purpose, and I was NEVER advsied of this at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- I'll be going to trading standards!!

Why has the online Warren James website been closed for so long. All they offer is their local Branch addresses, not much good when you want to browse their jewellery! H Samuel and Ernest Jones websites are always available!

Felt I just has to write a review I have just been to Warren James The Moor Sheffield, I saw a pair of earrings I wanted to buy imagine my surprise a note o the shutter Closed for lunch open at 12.15pm. It was 11.45pm the girl came back with her sandwich while I was reading the sign. I asked if she was now actuallly opening because I wanted to buy the earrings, and I couldn't wait another half an hour. She said not till 12.15pm so I said you have lost a sale, not that she seemed bothered, I don ...

Warren James offers excellent value for money. I bought a diamond solitaire pendant and chain three years ago and have worn it ever since.

My experience with Warren James has been good. I am very pleased with my pendant and when I bought it the assistant at the Watford branch was extremely helpful. People have also commented on how sparkly the diamond is.

Warren James is up to date and fashionable as well as being extremely good value for money. They use the same manufactures as other well known jewellers so all of the talk that the gold is hollowed out is complete nonsense. The cost of the jewellery is low because Warren James is a word of mouth company (does not advertise), other jewellers add the costs of catalogues, adverts, and the gift wrapping onto their jewellery! At other jewellers you pay for the box without even realising! At least War ...

excellent customer service. 2 young ladies in particular at the warrington branch continually go out of their way to help me. never disappointed and would never think of shopping anywhere else. all the girls seem to wear their own jewellery which to me is always a good sign. the shop is always bright, clean and tidy and there is always someone there on hand to offer a smile and a warm welcome.

My one and only, and it will be my last shopping experience shopping with Warren Jones jewelery shop at St John shopping center in Leeds, was awful.I purchased a wedding ring for my husband on the evening of the 14th April 08, unfortunately it did not fit. Therefore I presumed I would be able to exchange the next day for the next size up. However, what should have been a straight forward exchange the next day was very much the opposite.;the assistant claimed that I had scratched it, this was unt ...

It's clear that the only way Warren James are able to offer low prices is because they buy volume - a factor not lost on the general quality level.

I have bought plenty of items of nice jewellery from here, both the cheap and the more expensive and if you look after them, as you should look after any jewellery, they will last for years.
Great shop, friendly staff (Doncaster branch) and great value for money.

I bought my friend a silver bangle from Warren James (The Moor Sheffield), when she opened it Christmas Day she found it was strained and wouldn't open or close properly. Today (12/01/08) armed with the receipt and the bangle, i went to exchange it to be told they couldn't exchange because it wasn't a manufacturing problem!!!! My receipt was valid and my friend hadn't even been able to wear it.
I have now got the bracelet and been and bought my friend another one from an alternative jewellers.

I bought a chain from Warren James just before Christmas and the clasp broke on Christmas morning. As I bought it for myself I didn't keep the receipt and was NOT told that it was my years guarantee (although they insist that I was told). They wanted to charge me £3.00 to repair it. I asked to see the manager and she said the same, no receipt so I'd have to pay. I insisted that it was faulty goods so they should repair it. Again she said no. On principal I refused and walked out disgu ...

My earrings broke after a day. I have since learnt from a friend that Warren James hollow out the gold to make the items cheap. This leaves no metal to hold the item together. I wished I had bought a quality product from a jeweller not this shop. The customer service was poor and I had to buy a box!

Warren James jewellers offer individual and interesting designs. Sadly, a silver bracelet given as Christmas gift failed to survive 1 day of natural operational use by an adult.

My husband and I bought bracelets 9ct gold about 10 years ago from Warren James and I still wear mine and have done every single day since then only had to have the clasp ring built up thru wear. my husbands just wore on the clasp and needs a little repair now. They only cost 80 pounds each.

The Cardiff Warren James jewellery store has introduced a policy of asking for the full purchase price before they remove a more expensive item from the window for you to look at. This is shockingly bad. They do not advertise this to be their policy; simply claiming that the police have advised them to do this. If there is a theft problem then a more secure area in the shop should be provided to view goods. Asking for £300 pounds or whatever the cost for something you may not even want to ...
