My husband and I visited the Southend a High Street branch today. My husband wanted to buy me the 1/4 carat 9ct gold ring for Christmas. While I was browsing the window display my husband asked the sales assistant for the ring in a size O. She checked on of my rings and confirmed it was a size O. “Christmas gift adult ”

ordered 3 pendants/chains/earrings when arrived they where Rubbish, only good for a child to play with, these items cost in £17 each which on the high-street would get a fair standard, I returned items minus earrings as these could not be returned all in good order, the penny pinchers only refunded me £45 which they claimed I had broken 1 of the chains, if so it shows how bad & rubbish the quality is because I only touched it once to take out and put back in package, would not recommend… Read Full Review

The staff in the shop were not helpful at all, spoke to people very rudely and like they just wanted you to buy it and go. I reluctantly still bought a £180 necklace from there dspite their attitude, when I got home my other half decided he wanted the longer chain so I took this necklace back two days later which they were really difficult about. 14 days down the line I still haven't got the money back in my bank which I find disgraceful. On October 21st my husband and myself went to the Wrexham branch to buy me a diamond ring to celebrate our wedding anniversary on November 9th . “Stone fell out of diamond ring ”

I purchased a certified a diamond ring for £499 on the 14th December from the Liverpool store one of the diamonds has fallen out so I took the ring to the bury store today. “Never Again and DO NOT BUY PALLADIUM!”

After my daughters partner bought her engagment ring here he was told if it was the wrong size they could change it providing it hadnt been worn. Upon taking it back told the quickest option was to have it made smaller. We were given a date 3 wks hence. after 3 weeks no ring thats when the problem started. Shop were very nice and helpful and I Recieved a replacement I feel that the quality is very poor and if I had been a new bride it would have been devistating as it was it was a replacement for my original wedding ring of 47 year now that was quality. “Surly rude staff chewing gum”

I purchased a silver curb chain necklace 3 weeks ago in the sale at £26. On first trying on the clasp broke so I took it back to the store for an exchange today with my receipt. The manageress took my receipt and came back with a replacement that was four inches shorter, thinner and a lot lighter in weight than the one I was returning. The items have always been of good quality and been gifts for many of my friends and family. They recently opened a branch in Kings Lynn which was brilliant as saved me travelling or shopping online. My partner purchased an engagement ring for me from the kings lynn branch & it was too big. They sent it away to be re-sized & said it'd take a week. 2 weeks later still no ring & after being fobbed off with excuses we finally found out they had sent it to the wrong store who had re-sold it!! My partner recently sent mine away for re-sizing because it was too big and they said it'd take anywhere up to 3 weeks! 3 weeks passed on Saturday and still no ring!! Bit worried now...

Yeah i will! i chased them today and they said they think they are getting a delivery weds/thurs and it should be in there, not very promosing words! And no it's not! they've had my ring longer than i have! lol :/

Oh and I ended up getting a refund as they actually 'found' my ring in the end after being told it had been sold previously and it was ruined. They'd cut it in the wrong place to re-size it and it was bent and lopsided. Praying you get yours back in one piece

Because of their unrealistic exchange and refund rules i have an engagement ring that cannot be resized refunded or exchanged so therefore cant be worn. Until i stomped my feet and started crying the lady caved and agreed to exchange it for the correct size. I presume that you couldn't have an exchange or refund because it was either out of the 16 day refund policy or that the ring had been worn so was not in a resell-able condition. It clearly states on the back of warren james receipts what the exchange policy is, so I don't understand quite why you would be hostile towards the shop/company.
