Terrible customer service, I bought 2 jeans and one trousers, the two jeans were too big, and I returned them, but I received the refund of just one of them, And the other one seems disappeared. In the beginning, they told me not to worry about it, that I would have received the whole refund, but they never did and never answered my emails where I sent the proof of postage with the weight of the parcel of the two jeans. In the end, they told me that this problem never existed, and the refund of my order was correct. I have never had such an awful experience with an online store.

we baugh a mobile case from Bershka Mall of Arabia, it is sold as an 8+ cover, however after paying and while still at the store we tried it and it didnt fit, the store refused to return it or even exchange it . The store manager was very rude to us and he kept on trying to make the cover fit, hence he broke the cover, not to mention that he was about to break my brand new iphone 8+. When he failed to put the phone, he acted like it was not his problem and there is nothing to be done. His attitude was like you can hit your head in the wall, and that it is not the store's responsibility. We chose to buy from bershka, as it is a respectable store, however it turned out that it is a low quality service store. If we baught it from the a guy on the street he would have been more respectful. We paid a huge sum for a cover, expecting good quality and decent customer service, however both were trash.

To be honest, I haven't even tried the clothes at Bershka yet. I was excited for my order to come but received an email from them stating that "due to data transmission issues, order was cancelled". I called their customer service to follow up and they informed me that this was an issue with my bank and I would have to call my bank and call them back. My bank told me the payment was authorized/approved and there was nothing wrong on their end. I sent their customer service an email but I don't even get a response back to have them assist with my re-order. I was SO excited for their clothes but now i'm just SO disappointed.

I am very dissapointed of clothes quality. I recently bought 2 pairs of trousers. At home I realised how awful they have been stitched! I even didn't put them on because it's absolutely shame to wear wrong made clothes! When I wanted to return them, the lady told me that they were worn and she couldn't accept refund!!! Another think I emailed to customer service and they never replied to me! Also I bought t-shirt for different price and they charge me more! I used to like Bershka but now I think is the one of the worst clothing shops. Really dissapointed!

Large queue, with employees standing around, looking at the queue then checking themselves out in the mirror and having a chat. After 8mins another staff member from the back of the shop was called up to help. No smiles, no acknowledgement of customers. Poor.

I waited in line and paid as a normal customer, I purchased one of their beautifully designed phone cases. Thinking it would be good quality I went about my buisiness as normal. One week later and here we are, a mysteriously cracked phone case. I was shocked to see this as I thought it would be a great quality product. I did drop my phone on one occasion however I did not notice the large crack going through the phone case. This was indeed very disappointing as I thought that dropping your phone once couldn't lead to a large crack appearing in it. I have no problem with the store itself however I would not recommend their phone cases as they are generally quite a bad quality product and do not believe they are worth the money. I love the store and generally the prices and the quality of their products are up to a high standard. I would have liked to know about the quality of their products before purchasing.

I ordered a jacket which took 3 weeks to arrive when I paid for 2-3 working days delivery and when I called them to ask why the women on the phone was absolutely horrible about the whole situation. They then said that my order had been lost and they would call me when they reviewed any news which never happened. I had to constantly call them and ask them for updated. I would advise that no one orders from this website because I don't want the same to happen to them especially when you've paid a certain price for the delivery to come on time

I started reading reviews after placing my order and this got me a little worried. First of all I didn't get an order confirmation email, so I emailed customer services. They got back to me the same day with the tracking number. Not only that, my order was delivered next day (paid for the standard delivery) and the item was just as I expected. Thumbs Up Bershka

Bershka charge a lot of money compared to other retailers for express delivery. On top of that they can't even deliver next day or weekends which is complete rubish consider you have to pay nearly £10. I think they need to upgrade their services to meet customer needs, never using Bershka online shopping ever again. Complete waste of money.

You would think in this day and age, a company that has Stores in high streets across the UK would actually care about their loyal customers and try their best to retain them specially if they have been treated poorly. But no Not Bershka, I shopped around £100 a month from thier stores for myself or the family every once in a while. My friend's birthday was coming up and I thought let me try their website. I shopped over £40 which would qualify me for a free delivery and they said that it would arrive in 3-4 days. 10 days later I contacted them and they said give it 3-4 more days. 20 days after the order, after constant contacts, they just said that your order has been damaged and we cannot replace them, so you will get your refund. I complained and after a week they returned with on your next order you can have free delivery" Abseloutly Ridiculous. Over £40 orders are already free anyway. My friend's birthday is over and they didn't even care. I am never going back to this unprofessional retailers, YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.

I will be heading to this shop tomorrow, I bought boots from this shop which looked lovely for £30. But when I wore the boots to go out it was the worst experience ever, the boots had the worst unstable heel. Very bad was about to break my feet, ruined my day out had to rash back home in pain...

I ordered a jumper online. I waited, it didn't arrive. I rang they said I have signed to say I had received it. I didn't sign. I was asked to send a copy of my signature. I did this. I have rang twice to find out was is happening. I'm told they are looking into it. Still no outcome. I'm really disappointed and will never order from this company again. Really poor service. I have no jumper and no refund. Four weeks have passed. REALLY BAD SERVICE.

Possibility of submitting a complaint is a fiction. My pants broke, I heard no excuse. Also found out that it was normal, the fabric should burst after a year. Very rude service.

Ordered a pair of jeans for a great sale price of only £9.99 from Bershka. When I placed the order, all seemed well and good until I checked my account a couple of days later and found that Bershka had debited my account twice - two transactions of £9.99. I phoned their customer service line and spoke with someone who was helpful but could only tell me that I have only been charged once for the item and not twice. When I stated that I was actually staring at the account as we speak, she said it must be a problem with my bank! (?) So I contacted my bank and they confirmed there wasn't a problem on their part (which I gathered) and the Bershka had indeed debited my account twice. I then went back to Bershka who denied their part in the problem. I ended up going back and forth a good number of times. In the end, had to register an online descripency thingy through my bank with Visa and was reimbursed the amount. I'm so scarred by the whole ordeal (took a total of 3 weeks to get sorted - and just for 10 quid!) that I won't be ordering online from them again. Love their stuff, but not worth the headache. Think I'll start taking cash to their stores instead too.

I tried to but a pair of shoes online and when I submitted the payment i received an error so I tried it again twice and got a transaction declined notification. I then thought id better check my online account and when I did it showed that bershka had actually taken the money from my account 3 times!!!!!! I tried to call them but they are only available monday to Friday and this happened today on a Saturday!! I am absolutely disgusted that they would deduct the money from my account without even letting me buy the shoes let alone deducting it 3 times!!!! I now have to wait until Monday to get the money back which means lasting the rest of the weekend with £120 less than I thought I would!! I am so annoyed and I will inform all friends and family NEVER to buy from bershka online!!!!

waste of time.everyone is clueless.have things in the window but not in the shop so whats the point of that.no shop to shop transfers,no online shop and you cant buy over the phone either.do they want to sell anything i wonder?

i think bershka is a great shop where i can buy favouite clothes i wish the value of the clothes could go down a little bit though it is the credit crunch ;)
it is abit confusing how they change the shop sooo often but i tend to find my way around ad it is all well spaced out and with goood lighting so you can see propperly
sometime staff isnt always there thoughhh i have seen it quite a feww times when there has been nobody at the desk but on weekends it is normally good would recommend this shop too anyone

There's good availability for men and woman
Every thing is nice and good in bershka
listening to music and reading magazine is good thing in this shop
Displaying the merchandise in crazy way
It's a nice shop for experience fashion and style with crazy touches and good variety.
you will get entrainment in bershka during your shopping cause of service and fun and nice treatment.

I love Bershka, how its a bit different from the rest, the clothes have nice prints, a comfortable everyday style and they are not a crazy style which is GOOD! The prices are great.
I think they should build more Bershka shops in cities like Cardiff *hint* *hint*
