    I think Bank is an amazing shop with something for everyone. The stores are very well orginised and have lots of selection. I love the fact that they have glam ranges such as UGG and Rare, but they also have sporty stuff such as adidas and converse. I usually only shop at designer brands such as GUCCI and Prada, but once my friend dragged me in bank, I totally found it amazing value for money as the stuff is really good quality. If you find the prices a bit steep, then I suggest you wait until sale time as the prices drop to an all time low. I especially love superdry, it is such good quality much better then the likes of Jack Wills and Abercrombie.

    Bank Clothing has the best clothing evaaaaa, i love the clothes, their totally in, there fashionable and amazing, i love ths store
    and wann a just say people just say mean stuff bout bank for nooo reason at all, my brother bought a bag and forgot his student card and he still got discount because bank has trust in its cutomer

    i went to get a refund today from bank for a £70 coat i bought in the sale as my partner had bought me one as a surprise the same day and i like his better. i don't usually shop in the store as i cant afford clothes from there and it isn't usually my type of clothes that i wear so i asked for a cash refund they told me that they will not give me one and i can only have a store card as it was a sale item what use is this to me if i don't like anything in the store they said its there polic ...

    They have a range of clothing that my children like so we bought a pair of Henly Jeans for my 16 year old son for Christmas from the Bank Clothing Wrexham shop. He wore them Christmas day and the Buckle broke off the back of the jeans. Today (Dec 27) we took them back but they refused to accept a return until Monday 29th. When we said that we were out the country then they said bring them back when you are back in the country. We argued that this wasn't good enough and asked to see the manager, ...

    I tried to return a £75 christmas present to Bank on boxing day, but after travelling to meadowhall for this purpose only-then standing in a queue for 15 mins, I was told I could not exchange my item on this certain day and would have to return to meadowhall later in the week simply to swap a large item for a medium. I asked to see a manager and explained I had travelled miles to do one thing but didn't seem to get anywhere.

    Bank do have lovely clothes but I find them difficult when it comes to returns and also reductions it seems. I queried the store in Manchester as to why they hadn't passed on the VAT reductions and the girl said they hadn't changed anything since VAT had been reduced and she didn't know anything about it. I then went to the store in Oldham later that day and I queried the staff there and a staff member said they are passing the reduction on in their sale items. I explained this is not what the ...

    I recently had a birthday gift from Bank Clothing, which I liked but needed a different size. When I went to the store to get the same t-shirt in a different size I was refused. I didn't want a refund or a different item and was amazed that I couldn't just change the size.

    Gift vouchers i feel should not have an expiry date, as no matter when they are cashed they still are money that the shop has had.

    On returning a faulty pair of trainers to Bank Clothing in Shrewsbury I was offered a credit note but refused a refund. I asked if I could deal solely with a manager but three other members of staff seemed to insist on arguing with me. It appeared to me that there was no authority over the staff.

    The seemingly protracted course of action needed to obtain a satisfactory conclusion and time for me being at a premium I decided not to press the matter further.

    Bank has a good choice of affordable quality clothes. Staff are friendly and don't pounce on you when you enter the store.

    I bought a bag from the website. My friend in America recommended it. The beadwork on the bag was lovely and the price and shipping was very reasonable. I purchased the shadows and light bag and it goes with my jeans and going out clothes. The bag has a handle and a chain so you can wear it long or short.

    I AM ADDICTED TO BANK CLOTHING!!! They offer a great variety of clothing! I can always find something I like! The clothes are spread out nicely, and not crammed like many other stores! They have always got sales or offers on!
