I am writing this review as it is the second time this store has saved the day while purchasing are ring for my partner. Both times the items were Pandora. Both times the Pandora shop was out of stock and told me I would have to order the item and wait around 13 weeks. However after a visit to Green + Benz, I left the store with the item i wanted as they had it in stock. i regularly visit the store in chesterfield and whenever i visit all the staff are very friendly and extremly helpful.Nothing is to much trouble and i can be there ages choosing lol. One of the girls looked at my pandora bracket and helped me chose my charms and rearranged my braclet into some kind of order,which now looks lovely . We went into Green and Benz in Manchester whilst feeling a tad rough and not looking our best ever. (some shops would not be interested at that point) From the minute we entered the shop, we were treated fantastically. Hi visited the Chesterfield store to purchase a Pandora charm as part of my daughters birthday present. Although my purchase was small in monetary and size terms - customer service was excellent. I used Green and Benz to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend and then we re-visted to purchase our wedding rings. The service was amazing, she did a great job of supporting me in choosing a ring initially. Went into the Manchester Triangle store on Saturday looking for a Pandora ring on recommendation from a friend following a bad experience in the Pandora store itself. What a difference! Wow. I have just collected my diamond cross necklace after having it re-rhodium plated. I could not relive how it looked when the lady placed it on the viewing tray. It looked like they had put better quality diamond's in, but they hadn't it just looked amazing. First time i visited the Green Benz shop in Chesterfield, I was very happy in the service I got from the three female staff, they explained to me about the new products coming out and the new stock that as just arrived, the staff gave me a new brochure , didn't realise the brochure came out as often as they do. Finally found a gorgeous 'different' engagement ring at Green + Benz after having looked round several other jewellers. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even gave us some jelly ring sweets to nibble on and a glass of bubbly. The ring needed sending off to be resized (free of charge) and it came back by courier promptly when it was promised with no trouble whatsoever. They offered to ring the suppliers direct to enquire they had my size and arrange for its transfer to their shop. the other jewellers had not offered this service to me! they also said they would refund the deposit if the size was wrong. have now collected the ring and it fits perfectly.
