Good Points: Once inside the store it is very nice, although very small, the choice of items is very good. I really liked the item that I pruchased although I did know what I was going to buy before I went inside.
Bad Points: The sales staff are overly nice and can make you feel uncomfortable inside what is a very small shop. The after sales service of this jewellery shop is non existent so make sure you buy exactly the correct item and size.

Appalling customer service from staff and a total lack in professional knowledge. Only interested in the hard sell and not customer focussed at all. I also know other people who have had similar experience as myself and will never purchase an item of jewellery from them again. Green + Benz are trying to be a professional company which they are clearly not.

I bought my wedding ring 2 years ago from G+B and would recommend them very highly. Tried every high street jeweller but got nowhere. G+B may not be cheap by high street standards, but DO give excellent value for money. When you choose a wedding ring it must feel special & mine certainly does. I wear mine with pride - thank you Green+Benz

Nice looking shop but I found the staff I dealt with to be rude, abrupt and disinterested about anything other making a sale.
