    Unless you have A FEW THOUSAND POUNDS you can throw down the drain, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH GREEN & BENZ. Their customer service is absolutely insulting. Once you have made a purchase you are trapped if there are any problems. My ring was more than faulty, but i had to pay hundreds of pounds to them up front before they would repair it. They chipped the diamond whilst in their workshop and even made me pay for a new diamond. SERIOUS WARNING ..STAY AWAY

    The experience received from this company was beyond poor. Rude staff and an uncomfortable atmosphere are only two of the factors that let it down. The high end jewellery on offer is certainly an attraction but the pushy sales approach combined with zero tolerance in terms of aftercare means any purchase is high risk. I will NOT be returning and certainly would not recommend.

    I have shopped at Green & Benz for engagement rings, wedding rings and other jewellry. Always brilliant service.
    I know the product is expensive....but then good product always is.
    I recommend both Manchester and Sheffield unreservedly.

    i was recently trying to buy a gift for my girlfreind . Basically whilst shopping around i was given three better quotes for an expensive peice of jewellery. i had bought here previously -but will never again due to one of the staff members I dealt with.

    Visited the store after finding out about Green and Benz on the web, liked what I saw online so my Fiance and went to view wedding jewellery. Had mever worn any rings before so was apprehencive. The staff helped us choose which rings would be best for us. We had rings made for us which we were able to adapt to suit our needs. What a great service.

    as the items ordered from Green and Benz were for a birthday gift for my daughter on the 10/10/08 we decided to get the charms elsewhere as we were told they had not arrived in with the bracelets, when were arrived at green and benz we were greeted by a lady who took my name, i explained we had managed to get one of the charms i had originally ordered with them. she seemed very displeased and when i asked if they could still contact us when the angel came in to store she also seemed slightly per ...

    I have dealt with Green and Benz twice now, both times with excellent results. I never felt hurried to choose my items; they were both fitted expertly, and they even rushed to get one item to me in time for Christmas.

    Lovely shop, helpful, friendly staff who don't pressurise you, great service and beautiful jewellery. Can't wait to go back again...

    I would never reccommend Green & Benz. The sales staff are overly nice and can make you feel uncomfortable inside what is a very small shop.
