So Tesco have decided not to have changing rooms for the clothing section in store (certainly at Long Eaton Nottingham). I called in whilst working nearby, and found some great combat trousers, but discovered I couldn't try them on. So to be on the safe side, I purchased 3 pairs (different colour / sizes) kept the receipt as advised, and eventually tried them on at home. One pair were no good, so put them back in the bag, with receipt. When working in the area next, I revisited and tried to return, however one of the three attached labels was missing (ripped off due to the handling, I don't know) but bottom line, no refund/ or return whatsoever. Really! not even a voucher to spend in store, zip, nadda, nothing. So £80 spent on combats, and no help / understanding to assist with a return. All because they don't have changing rooms. Thank you Tesco, for making life slightly more stressful and inconvenient, but well done on your un compromising returns policy, and personality bypassed service assistants.
