Good Points: Pleasant on the phone.
Bad Points: Awful company. Ordered a computer desk 8 weeks ago, it still hasn't come and I was promised delivery in 3 days. After a week I rang them to ask where it was and they promised it would arrive the next day. 3 more times I have rang only to be fobbed off. The last time I called they admitted they had no stock and would get one to me in 2 weeks.I would cancel my order if I didn't really want the desk and couldn't find it anywhere else!
General comments: Dont deal with these guys, and if you do don't believe a word they say.

I would not recommend purchasing from officesupermarket.co.uk
The level of service is appalling
The order was keenly taken and I must admit the prices are very competitive
A week after placing the order we were given a confirmed delivery date, the goods never arrived
On calling the next day we were told there was no genuine reason or excuse as to why delivery had not been made and that delivery would definitely take place 2 working days later.

Here is my story of my lovely ongoing experience with Office Supermarket...
I bought some furniture from them. Only 3 items, so a 'small order' according to their customer service staff.
Delivery was stated as 7 - 10 working days. On the 10th day I called, as the items had not arrived.
They said that the items were not in stock, yet, for some reason, they had decided it wasn't worth telling me this in advance. I told them to send the items separately since my delivery charge was per item. ...

I purchased some furniture from Office Supermarket.
Browsing and picking items to choose was great due to their large selection and different options per item available.
However once they had my money, I did not get my goods.
From a delivery of 7-10 days I have now waited 3 months.
Customer service give you a large array of explanations for the lack of delivery. Their selection is almost as good as their selection of products they sell.
