Molton Brown are great at marketing. Their products evoke a feeling of quality and luxury and so do their shops. I do quite like some of the products; especially warming eucalyptus. However, when I read the ingredients label I was disappointed. Yes, there are a couple of luxury and sometimes exotically sourced ingredients but there are a hell of a lot of nasty chemical ingredients in there too - not too disimilar to the ingredients that youwould find in any supermarket shower gel. Generally impressed with Molton Stores, although quite luxury items as such premium prices. Bought online for Mother's Day gift as online site looked good. However, delivery service doesn't match service they claim to pride themselves on. £8 next day delivery charge is not worth paying after 12pm on a Friday as your order won't arrive until Tuesday! Expensive delivery charge for poor delivery service compared to other online stores. Would be better if they were clear that although... (read more)

Everything about Molton Brown in portsmouth gunwharf is faultless in terms of the service, value for money and the product. becasue the store is an outlet the prices are alot cheaper and you are getting a lot more for your money. all of the bubblebaths last a long time and in particualr the warming eucalyptus body scrub is amazing - you feel the warmth and tingling from the ginger instantly. would recommed the store to anybody wanting to treat themselves. the store has a nice welcoming and... I had the shower/bath gel as a present. It smelt disgusting and was full of horrible ingredients. I did not use it as I did not want to smell like cat's pee. Shocked to find it had cost £17. Rubbish that cost a fortune. Suggest you buy from Neal's Yard or similar. I would buy things not tested on animals and with natural ingredients myself. (read more)

I have visisted stores in London and Glasgow and have both stores very friendly and helpful. The stores are beautiful inside and everything is laid out so you can see everything clearly. I find the product beautifully smelling and last on your skin for hours after use.I have no complaints at all about this product and would recommend this to anyone.

The staff at Molton Brown are probably the most unhelpful I have ever encountered anywhere. I went to the one in Selfridges in Manchester. They looked everyone up and down that walked into their section, as though they hadn't got enough money to pay for it. This really annoys me! I was unsure which one to buy since there was a lot of choice, so I picked a couple up and looked over for help, but they just ignored me and carried on talking.
