    This co is taking advantage of people who phone them to order computer components via there 0844 sales number/customer services number, unbeknown to the caller you are being charged A fortune buying their products, in one instance the cost of my call was more than the component I purchased.

    After shopping around for several weeks for a supplier of components I settled on Aria based on the prices. A couple of items could have been purchased elsewhere slightly cheaper but when postage was factored in Aria worked out the best overall price.

    Goods ordered at 1am in the morning, dispatched in the afternoon and received the morning after. Everything was well packed and had the system built and running within a day. Very pleased.

    My only critisicm is I didn't get a tracking number but ...

    Avoid Aria at all costs. I had a gift voucher purchased for me by my previous employer as a leaving gift.Unfortunately Aria addressed it for my employers attention and not me. The order specifically requested that it be sent to me (it was a gift voucher after all - the logic of this is probably obvious to everyone except Aria; Should I rejoin my old firm just so as I can ask my old boss to start ordering pc components!). the above in itself is not a major crime, these things happen and I wasn't ...

    Before you shop at Aria I would advise you read their returns policy very carefully - there's a wapping 25% charge on any refund they don't consider to be due to faulty goods. I would also advise a visit to the technical/returns desk which is hidden away from the shop floor. Apart from the long wait, you get will get to witness first hand how 'helpful' Aria staff are when it comes to changing any item. Of the 3 transactions I witnessed here, all 3 resulted in unhappy customers. Eg 1 Graphics car ...

    My order hadn't arrived when promised. I looked online and my account and the status of the order was 'processing'. I telephoned Aria PC Technology customer service, and I was told that they needed to do a security check, as my delivery address (work) was different to my home address. Why had they not telephoned to do this, as my order was on next day delivery? They dispute this, and say I only paid the extra for a pm delivery.     I ordered an O2 pay-as-you-go Sim card, and it was advertised as coming with 300 free texts every month and shown as in stock. I paid extra for next day delivery, but two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Contact with Aria PC Technology Customer Services is impossible, as they never answer the phone, and e-mails are never replied to.

    Have been purchasing off Aria for more than 5 years until recently when I had a string of problems receiving refunds for damaged products and getting charged restocking fees of 25% for something which they wouldn't acknowledge being there error. Two of a longer list below:-

    I purchased a compact flash card at a really competitive price from Aria PC Technology.
    It arrived 3 days later via royal mail registered post. My second purchase of a similar product (the first through an error on my part did not fit) has not arrived 10 days later. I sent an email to customer service. I was given the address when I mailed sales. No response.
