I honestly don't want to say too much because I think enough has been said already which I completely agree with! But my biggest gripe is £75.00 for ankle high boots which are PLASTIC!!!!! Why?!?!?! They are totally uncomfortable. How can KG justify 75.00 for this when NEW Look is selling the same thing for 21.00!! “Shoes on sale”

“no quality”

A few years ago Kurt Geiger was considered a quality brand, but unfortunately, this is no longer the case. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes in the past 3 years from KG and they have both fallen apart - the main issues are seams, glue and heals. They use cheap heals, and when I say heal, I mean the entire heal, not just the little rubber end that gets nailed on the bottom that gets worn down. “Poor quality, and left feet with severe bunions ”

I bought a pair of leather loafers for work priced at £110. With a couple of weeks wear my feet were left in agony so much so that I could not cope with the pain - the shoes had left me with inflamed joints at the big toe which is where bunions develop. I ended up heading into house of fraser and bought a lovely soft leather pair of similar designed shoes at £30 from the Linea range. “Expensive poor quality :( Very poor customer service”

I bought a very stylish pair of suede ankle boots which were on sale - half price at £90. Thank God I did not pay the full price. The boots were rubbish from the start with the dye rubbing off on my heel despite wearing socks. The dye actually ruined many pairs of my socks but I was willing to forgive because I loved the boots. “Boots not usable after wearing for several hours ”

Bought high over the knee Vantage boots (£220). After several hours' wear one boot became so loose (probably as a result of elastic being faulty and stretching) that when wearing, one boots falls all the way down and they're unequal height, looks ridiculous. The other boot rubs the back of the heel so badly it bleeds (the other one doesn't). They inspected the boots, found no fault, so I'm £220 out of pocket as they can't be worn. “KG wants NO MORE CUSTOMERS? 2busy+Price/Stock/OrdNOT...”

Before visiting their website wish I knew they wouldnt stock what they sold me. UGGS ordered online, confirmation email, and courier despatch email. 3 days, 3 emails, 6 phone calls, customer service hung up on me! Price on website now not being honoured. We should really pay attention to what we are buying most of shoes on high street are made in China and terrible quality. “Terrible quality, twice. My Primark pumps lasted far...”

I bought my initial pair from KG in January 2012 for £50 in a snakeskin pattern. On arrival, the design was pealing away from the fabric, areas were sown badly, the soles weren't cut to the size of the shoe and the some parts of the fabric had been stretched beyond their limitation so the pattern had ripped. “fix them yourself”

brought a pair of Lorrie's (Biba) elastic buckle strap not sewn into the sole properly so came apart. when rang for a replacement pair I was told there were no more in that size available however if i would like to get them fixed KG would pay tp to £20 of the cost. you should have still been able to return them as it was purchased on christmas eve, which would mean that you were entitled to return them because you wouldn't have tried them on until christmas day. If not, the company could have offered you an exchange or giftcard as a goodwill gesture.

“Items ended up costing more than they should have”

Bought a mag for £4 to get a £20 free gift card as wanted some KG boots from Kurt Geiger that were in the sale for £35. There was free delivery on orders over £40 so instead of just getting boots and paying extra £4 for delivery I chose a pair of gloves in the sale for £9..I wouldnt have ordinarily paid £9 for them but figured they would end up costing a fiver as wouldnt have to pay for delivery and I would just use as an extra xmas gift for someone...total order £44. ok, they did phone me to see why I was annoyed!!! They couldnt do anything but as a good will gesture they are refunding the postage cost of 2nd order...better than nothing...they did say the terms and conditions policy on returns was abit misleading but the gift card was a gift from them in the first place so they have the right to take it back!....yes, but I paid £4 for a mag to get the gift card!! Anyone using a gift card(the elle £20 card that came with decembers Grazia mag), be warned, only use it to order online if your 100% sure that what you are ordering fits because when you return for different size the size you want may not be available by the time its all processed and its an automatic refund but you WILL lose the £20 from the gift card!

“Major Quality Issue”

I purchased a pair of Sophia Stiletto Hiker Boots for £170 last week and on the first day of wearing them to the office the heel fell off! I took them straight back and exchanged them for a new pair thinking I was unlucky but the heel fell off the second pair on the first day of wearing them too! Unbelievable! “kurt Geiger - overprice & bad quality - never ever”

I'll never buy Kurt Geiger shoes for a while because they are poor quality and overpriced. Last year I bought a pair boot, biker style, £160! I thought at this price they would be higher quality than average shoes. But they start leaking water and finally the heel came off just after a month! Bought a pair of Miss KG Hendrix shoes online in the sale for £39.00 (were £70.00)The quality is awful- The first thing I noticed was the T bar strap.
