Ordered the wrong dog food,couldn't cancel as it had already been dispatched,just contacted zooplus on their contact form at 9pm,got a reply at 7.45 am the following morning,telling me what to do,it's not he first time I've got it wrong,they are very helpful and quick.who could ask for more. “Going Downhill”

I've used Zooplus off and on for quite a few years but the bigger they get,the worse the service seems to get. The prices are still very competitive but the website is poorly maintained and structured. It tells you items are out of stock when they're not, they stored my credit card details without permission and there are inconsistencies and innacuracies in the product descriptions. I have used zooplus a few times and always been very satisfied with the goods and excellent service but my last purchase will be my last. I ordered 3 separate items and when they were delivered I found 2 of the items were the identical, no problem its a mistake I say so called so called customer services and it turns out its not a mistake although the items in question have different catalogue numbers and descriptions are not the same they are identical items so I end up with something I don't… Read Full Review

I recently purchased a harness which was too small for my dog as a result of a mis-measurement completely on my part. Not only did Zooplus send me a replacement harness the very next day, but returning the replacement was unnecessary, instead asking me to donate to charity! Your service, Zooplus, is exemplary! Following a problem with a courier (DPD) failing to deliver my parcel correctly, I was dismayed... Often it is very difficult to retrieve a mislaid parcel when the courier insists that it was delivered, but Zoo Plus were helpful, direct, and resolved the matter promptly. I have used Zoo Plus for my pet supplies for many orders, and I have always found their service to be good, but the real test of customer service is when things go wrong. Thanks to service centre at Zooplus, for the speed you dealt with my phone talk. I had ordered a bag of Complete Food for my puppy and when I received it, I found it was not suitable for her. Used Zoo+ for several years for my 7 cats,4 dogs. Best prices. Best service. Any problems(very few), sorted out quickly. Discount scheme excellent. I have saved over £100 so far. Wide range of products plus non Uk ones which are good. Recommend to everyone. No dislikes at all. Goods usually arrive 2/3 days after order. They often have special offers. I have been using Zooplus for a number of years the only issues I've had in the past has been with Yodel who are hopeless. Prices are great and delivery is now quick and dependable happy to keep using and rewards system is a great way to try new things. “Declining customer service”

Having ordered my food and then updating the address immediately by phone, they did not actually update the address and so the parcel was not delivered. Called again, then used online chat and they assured me they had updated it. Again, no delivery. In the end I had to go by taxi to the depot to pick up the package. I ordered dog food for my guide dog and when I did, the address did not fully save so I called them to add the flat number which they said they did. Then the parcel did not get delivered on the stated date. I called again and they said they would send it out for the next day. They did not. I used the online chat and that too did nothing.
