    Pet planet proudly display the percentage of orders shipped within 2 working days at the top of their homepage (90% apparantly at time of writing... although I do not believe this for one minute!!!) I must be one of the unlucky 10% that waited 10 days (yes 10 days!!!) before I received my goods. The parcel was poorly packaged, damaged tins and missing dog treats. Emails have so far gone unanswered. Unhappy ex customer and unhappy dog!!

    Pet Planet gladly took payment, have not provided part of the order after 30 days, they do not respond to emails ( I have sent them 7 !). Poor service and I'm out of pocket! They owe me and I will be taking advice from the OFT.

    Pet Planet has the best prices for dog food online. It offers free delivery for orders of £29 or more and usually delivers within 2 working days. I use Pet Planet at least once a month and find the value for money excellent. I have shopped with three other pet supplies e-retailers and Pet Planet comes out top for price, delivery promise and range of products available every time. I would highly recommend.

    've used PetPlanet on a number of occasions, have spent hundreds of pounds on the site for stuff for my dog, and have only had 1 delivery problem which they sorted out without a fuss.

    They're cheaper than all the other online companies, they have a better selection and they're just plain easy to deal with. What more can you ask for?

    They have a loads of choices for cats, the prices are OK. But... I paid for next day delivery, and I got my order after 2 working days. Parcel was not securely wrapped. In fact I've received open box.

    I will never shop with Pet Planet ever again after ordering my specialist veterinary dog food and calling to ensure it was in stock and paying for next day delivery it never arrived I waited in all day and when I called I was promised it would arrive.

    I was then told it would be delivered the next day and after waiting again it had not arrived, when I asked for a tracking number I was fobbed off, I dont even think they ever had it in stock. I gave up and ordered at another online pet store and ...

    Pet Planet order took forever and many phone calls. Messages left were ignored.
    Half the items ordered did not arrive.
    Would never use them again.

    I received damaged goods. I used the link on the website to email them (as per the returns instructions) but received no reply. I then tried the email address from their invoice and again had no reply. I replied to their original emails about the order and had no reply. I also left a phone message and received no return phone call. I am left with damaged goods.

    I will not be purchasing from pet planet again.

    I ordered some goods, but unexpectedly had to be away from home for 3 nights (Tuesday to Friday). During this time there was two attempts to deliver and a courier card was left saying the goods could be picked up within 5 days.
    So within the 5 day time period I went to the courier company only to find my goods had been returned on Pet Planets request. I had also been charged for the return of the delivery.

    The Pet Planet website is easy to use, and they offer great customer service. They also offer loads of information about everything, from different breeds to health and behavioural issues. I love having a look at some of the more unusual lines that they stock.

    There are loads of reviews on the Pet Planet site posted by their customers and these really help (they seem happy to show bad and good reviews so they seem genuinely informative)
    I have become a regular shopper here and can't recommend them highly enough
