I am beyond disappointed and cannot see a single reason why I should order from Petplanet again. This is now the THIRD time they have let me down with the deliveries. I already had the last order sent back to you as Parcelforce was incapable or delivering. Why do you offer customers to enter alternative delivery instructions in case we are out? I have ordered several times from pet planet and most of the time every thing arrives correctly, but we have had one order where half was forgotten but it arrived 2 days after phoning them and we have had several products arrive late. The hammock was used a month before I started to see holes appearing around the strapping holding clips in place and edge of item. I ordered a pet door and when I received it I realised I had ordered the incorrect size therefore I contacted the company explaining this and I returned the item by courier for next day delivery along with a request for a refund a week has now passed I have confirmation that the item was received and signed for but still I have not received my refund or any reply to emails regarding this. If you would like your items to be delivered on time, correctly packaged and the CORRECT items, then do not order from Pet Planet. I paid £132 for a rabbit hutch/coop and to include "Express Delivery" My product arrived within 3 days, only when it arrives, they have sent two box 1's and no box 2. After the first delivery I phoned to ask about missing items and we agreed a suitable delivery date. Did the items arrive - no. Very bad communication. I ordered a pet bed from them 10 days ago. Due to a failure with their system it was despatched with an incomplete delivery address. I emailed them straight away and the reply I got was basically 'too late, already despatched, your problem, nothing to do with us, suggest you check with your sorting office. Ordered 3 items 11 days ago, not told one item out of stock so order could not be delivered. They ignored my email asking what had happened to my order so needed to phone them. Poor communications again, they implied it was my fault. I have dealt with this company several times now and each time communication regarding my order is great. They regularly email you to keep you up to date, and there special offers on the brand of dog food I buy are very good, often the cheapest around. You clearly have an issue with this company and that is fair enough, after all everyone has their right to review their experience using this website. However, I do object to you implying that my own personal review is suspicious! I was wary looking at recent reviews, but very organisation can have tough periods and as they had previously been excellent and now accept PayPal, I thought why not, I'll go for something inexpensive. Their price on our preferred cat litter including delivery was cheaper than our local Pet superstore. Order was dispatched and received very quickly, so I will definitely be ordering more. It Started with the majority of my order being out of stock which was acceptable as it was clealry stated that they were out of stock. This became unacceptable when Petplanet refused to dispatch my order as they werre waiting on a free item coming into stock. It has been 2 months since I placed an order from pet planet. I still have not recieved the item I ordered. The £50 payment has gone from my bank account for the item and postage to Ireland. I have asked for a refund but have been ignored. I keep getting the same email response back, 'I will contact the courier and ask them to ring you' I have had the same response back about 6 times now. When I placed the order I was informed there would be up to a 2 week wait. After two weeks I rung the office and spoke to a lady who said they would dispatch part of my order which would arrive within 4 working days and dispatch the rest when I comes into stock. She kept blaming me till I asked my husband to talk to them; once he mentioned he was worried about fraud they accepted that by mistake they cancelled my order and not the one they were supposed to. I was looking for a special type of aquaruim, A Fluval brand. They had all the products and ones that werent in stock was marked, but could be obtained if ordered. I liked the tick box that you are wiling to wait a week, it made it clear it might not arrive within 24 minuits lol.

Good item that helps keep the litter tray clean and if the user is careful can last up to two weeks if the tray is scooped daily (I use mine with Extra Strength World's Best Cat Litter and have one tray per cat, might be less with different litter and/or more/bigger than average cats per box). Also seems to help keep odours to a minimum (as long as the tray is scooped daily).

I like Pet Planet, I discovered them a couple of years ago on the web. I recently recommended them to a fussy neighbour who was chuffed with the price of another Royal Canin product for her 2 kitties. I buy Maine Coon 31 in heavy 10kg bags which are delivered free to my front door. Delivery is mostly within 5 days of placing the order.
The Pet Planet web site is a bit busy, but the products are categorised and you can easily navigate it.
